Connection of cable rack with earth mat at every interval of 30Mtr. Distance with 25x6mm MS flat after soil excavation (700mm below ground) including all associated works including cost of MS Flat.
Erection of 400/220KV, 315MVA ICT at 400KV S/S Sultanpur-
Shifting of main tank of the 400/220KV, 315MVA transformer to near loading place at 400KV S/S Sultanpur up to 20Mtr. Distance (approx.) including turning of transformer tank as required.
Additional shifting of the tank of above transformer up to 20Mtr. Distance. ( 1 job for every 5 Mtr. and/or part of there of)
Complete erection of the 315MVA transformer including its radiators, conservator tank, turrets, connecting pipe lines, HV/LV neutral bushings, cooling fans, OLTC drive mechanism box, RTCC panel, oil pump, marshalling box, OTI, WTI, capillary tubes etc. and attending the oil leakage if any satisfactory completion of work.
Complete evacuation of 315MVA transformer main tank and filling of dry air of dew point (-) 40oC or better in vacuum up to pressure of 0.25Kg./Cm2 and the again evacuating the transformer tank after required time interval (approx. 12/24 Hrs.) using centrifuging machine. The work shall including connecting pipe of machine as required measuring due point values of dry air after every cycle till the required value is achieved.
Creating the vacuum inside the 315MVA transformer before filling the transformer oil including vacuum stand test.
Filling of fresh transformer oil from transformer oil drums in 20KL capacity oil tanker and then centrifuging of the transformer oil by ultra high vacuum oil filtration plant after connecting the centrifuging pipes with oil tanker to oil filtration plant including taking the bdv values of oil, periodically (every 2 Hrs.) and also taking the water content (PPM) values till the required value is achieved.
Filling and topping up of centrifuged tansformer oil under vacuum in main tank, radiators, conservator tank etc. centrifuging/dehydration of the complete transformer oil of 315MVA transformer by ultra high vacuum oil filtration plant after connecting the centrifuging pipe with transformer tank to oil filtration plant including taking the BDV values of oil and IR values of the transformer bushings, periodically (every 2 Hrs.) and also taking the water content (PPM) values till the required values are achieved including attending the oil leakages, if any.
Making of delta for neutral earthing earthing by due fabrication of 03 Nos. 03 Mtr. long electrodes of 36/40mm dia. M.S. round bar, its piercing under the ground at equal distance of 1 Mtr. at 700mm depth by digging of earth and connecting all the 3 Nos. electrodes with 75mm X 10mm size M.S, flat, connecting the delta with existing earth mat and taking out the M.S. riser by due cutting, bending, welding etc. of the M.S. Flat, including cost of M.S .Round/M.S. Flat.
Earthing of main tank, marshalling box, OLTC drive mechanism box, transformer neutral etc. of 315MVA transformer with the help of 50x6 mm/75x10 mm size M.S. Flats to be provided by the contractor, its jointing with already laid earth mat & delta at 2 places including necessary modifications in existing earthing strip support structure and then, painting of earthing strips above groind level with two coats of synthetic enamel paint in bus green color including all material and T&Ps.
Jumpering of HV side bushing of the 315MVA transformer to connect with HV side CTs through 400KV LAs with ACSR twin moose conductor, associated terminal connectors etc.
Jumpering of LV side bushing of the 315MVA transformer to connect with 220KV Jack bus with the help of ACSR twin moose conductor, associated terminal connectors, P.G. Clamps etc.
Making terminations/connection of the control & power cables as per new cable schedule of 315MVA transformer, RTCC panel, control & relay panel, cooling fans, pumps, marshalling box, OLTC driving mechanism etc. using of new cables including laying, dressing & binding of control cables as per site requirement along with making necessary holes in the gland plate/ box, where ever required including providing & fixing of cable glands of appropriate sizes, providing of ferrules etc.

Erection of Mulsifire System-
Erection,Hydraulic testing & commissioning of complete mulsifire on of 400/220KV, 315MVA transformer by installation of high velocity automatic water spraying system including laying, fixing & fitting of GI pipe lines complte with elbows, tees, sockets, flanges, bends, fire nozzles of required sizes, Q.B. detector assembly with quartzoid bulbs, pressure gauges, pressure switches, deluge valve etc. after due cutting, extending ofpipe lines, providing of gaskets/packing of required sizes including installation of 80mm dia. GI pipe supports by due construction of RCC foundation with grouting of foundation bolts, providing & fixing of round clamps on support pipes along with 2 coats painting of water pipe lines in P.O. red color, air pipe lines in sky blue color, pipe supports in black colour and earthing strips in bus green colour synthetic enamel paint after applying of 1 coat of red oxide primer, with all coat of men, materials, misc, consumables, T&Ps etc required for satisfactory copletion of the work as per technical specifications & direction of the supervising engineer, as per details below-
Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of quik opening flood, deluge valve of HD of 150NB as per max working pressure 10Kg./cm2, as per specification (HD/Mather Platt make)
Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 150NB Gate valve (sluice valve/butterfly valve) as per specification (IS code;-14846) of (Zoloto/Karter/Sir make).
Supply and laying of different sizes of MS pipe 'B' class for fire water pipe line/support pipe as per IS specification (IS code;-1239) as per drawing enclosed, complete with elbow, tee, socket, reducer etc. with anti-corrosive treatment with detail as below (1 No.= 6 Mtr.)

Pressure gauge (HD make) as per IS specification IS code 3624, accuracy 1/+50%.
Construction of mulsifire hut of size 10 feet x 7 feet x 7 feet for protection against direct sunlight and rains of deluge valve, pressure gauge to avoid mal operation of above equipments by grouting of MS angle/ pipe of suitable size (To be provided by the department) with cement concrete with cement, coarse sand and 20mm stone ballast in ratio of 1"2:4, providing & fixing of asbestos cement sheet ( minimum 6mm thickness) at roof top, making steel frame for hut with help of MS angle/ pipe of suitable size including fabrication, erection & fixing of asbestos cement sheet with J-Hooks of hut & frame and then painting of MS angle/pipe and AC sheet with two coat of standard make red synthetic enemel paint of first quality after cleaning of rust, dust and oily surface including cost of all material labour and T&P as per technical specifications.
Extension of Fire Hydrant System-
Supply, fabrication and laying of following B class MS pipe line under the groung as per drawing and specification complete the associated work like cutting, bending, welding including fixing of elbow bend, tee, socket, flanges etc. above work also includes crossing of rods and cable trenches under ground after digging the earth and filling, leveling of earth including connecting of rod crossing as per standard ratio of RCC (undergoround pipe line should anticorrosive treated by biruminous painting in two layers and above ground pipe should be painted with one coat red oxide and two coat synthatic enamel paint of best quality ISI mark).
Supply and laying of 100NB dia meter M.S. pipe line B-Class.
Supply and laying of 80NB dia meter M.S. pipe line B-Class.
Supply and installation of gun matel single headed 63mm hydrant post complete with all accessories fixture and fitting such as gun metal hydrant valve M.S. hose box of size 600x800mm with pure synthetic RRL (rainforced rubber lined) hose with 63mm dia gun metal, coupling gun metal, branch pipe nozzel etc.
Connecting 400KV S/S and 220KV S/S fire hydrant pipe line with 100mm dia MS pipe line B-Class under ground as per drawing and specification complete with associated works like cutting, bending, welding, including fixing of elbow bend, tee, socket, flange, isloating valve etc.
Misc. work for shifting/modification work of 400KV Bus Transfer bay-
Safe dismentling of 420KV C.T. and base support auxilliary structure by opening of nut bolts, opening of jumpers, dismentaling of side 4” IPS pipe, cable connection including disconnecting two point earthing with labour, T&P and crane shall be arranged by the contractor .
Erection of 420KV C.T.base support auxilliary structure along with modification in 4” IPS pipe bus on both side by bending etc. for making hight adjustable to C.T. leads. Mounting & tightening of jumpers, nuts and bolts at appropriate places, making required connection in C.T. juction box with all labour, T&P and crane to be arrange by the contractor.
Fixing of CT junction box (size 600x500x300) suitable for terminating CT cores of all 3 Phases and extending further to 400KV Control room. The work includes digging of earth, making pit of suitable size, casting foundation with the help of cement, concreat, coarse sand in ratio 1:2:3 and grouting CT junction box in existing 400KV Transfer bay in switchyard and fixing the box with the help of nut and bolts & other associated work.
Proper cable laying of 2Cx2.5mm2 XLPE Aluminium/copper control cable (approx 300X5Mtr.) from CT core box to CT junction box and CT junction box to control room (Cable provided by department), the work includes lugging, glanding, connecting at both ends.
Complete shifting of wiring/ connections of equipments (Circuit breaker, CTs, Isolators) in existing 400KV Transfer bay to newly shifted 400KV Transfer bay. The work include installation of a junction box with foundation works for transferring the connections, opening the connection from pre existing Tranfer bay connecting it to the junction box terminal blocks as required , laying cables from the junction box to Newly shifted Transfer bay Circuit breaker, CTs , Pantograph Isolators, connecting cables on both side with lugging, glanding, and all associated works.
Supply and fixing of 120watt LED lights of Standard make along with angle bracket fitted on 30o (1 Mtr.) at various location on gantries for proper lighting of the newly constructed bays.
Dismantling of lightening mast 01 No. appox. 45 Mtr. Hight by opeing of nut and bolts removal from top surface angle/channel by help of crane.
Shifting of dismantled structure of lightening mast from site to store and proper stacking of it.

On channel gland plate with 80 No. cable gland of different size from 10 to 2 core cable with provision of as many terminal blocks (connecting, disconnecting type) as required for extending connections with appropriate No. of channels, heater and indoor lighting fitting 16 watt CFL BMK with two side door (front & back) BMK shall be weather, dust & vermin proof with proper laocking arrangement with base as per technical specification.
