Repair to existing damage M.S. Barricades SS Barricades required during IITF-2026, AAHAR -2027 and other fairs .

Providing/ Fixing 150mm dia, thick Load King make or equivalent rubber bounded /Polymer wheel (of existing pattern and design) having 25 mm dia hole , for fixing in the existing movable steel barricades i/c necessary welding with 3 mm thick circular M.S sheet of 30 mm dia etc complete and as per the direction of Engineer -in -charge .

Providing/ Fixing BRC fabrics of 75 x25 mm size weight not less then 7.75 Kg/ sqm for fixing in the frame of existing M.S barricades i/c cutting to required size and welding @15 cm c/c and apply a primer coat of approved steel primer and as per the direction of Engineer -in -charge .

Providing/Fixing 2 mm thick M.S. sheet to the existing M.S. frame with necessary welding @ 15 cm c/c and applying a coat of approved steel primer etc. complete and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : One or more coats on old work

Structural steel work in single section, fixed with or without connecting plate, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete.Hot finished welded type tubes

Welding by gas or electric plant including transportation of plant at site etc. complete

Providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) railing made of Hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, i/c fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel boits etc., of required size, on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer-in-charge, (for payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc.

Providing/ Fixing swivel caster wheel 6 inch nylon material with silver plated metal bracket ( wheel width :50mm, Plate Dimension: 100*100 mm, Load Up to 125 KGs) of approved Quality complete and as per the direction of Engineer -in -charge .
