Taking down of cement or cement lime plaster of any description any thickness on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Plain cement concrete (un reinforced) in ground floors and paving not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description , any grade and in any position including reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition as in water tanks including base beams, shelves, platforms etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down Chowkhats or frames not exc. 1.5 sq. m each but with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) including making good of disturbed portions complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down steel tubing 15 mm and connections, including cleaning for refixing or removal to store etc complete all as directed.

Taking up or down steel tubing 20 mm and connections, including cleaning for refixing or removal to store etc complete all as directed.

Taking up or down steel tubing 25 mm or 32 mm and connections, including cleaning for refixing or removal to store etc complete all as directed.

M&L for Reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate mixed with water proofing liquid as in repairs to chajja, fins , facia etc in patches at various locations including use and waste of form work and finishing exposed surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- Supply only of water proofing liquid will be measured and paid separately under respective item).

Taking down existing tar felt, water proofing membrane etc of any description, any type including loose plastering / screed etc if any and removing all loose particles with wire brushes, removing bitumen coating over original RCC slab by grinding, picking, including removal of debries to a distance exceeding 1.5 km but not exceeding 5KM complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Plain cement concrete 1:1.5:3 type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in as in covings, roof kerbs, platforms, screed over roof as per the requirement, including finishing of exposed surface even and smooth without using extra cement, admixed with Liquid water proofing compound or cementitious crystaline water proofing compund of FOSROC/ Pidilite, Dr fixit Super Latex / Asian paints/ M/s M C Bauchemic / CIPY/ SIKA / Thermax / STP as approved by GE, to be applied as per manufacturer’s instructions.(Supply only of admixure will be measured and paid separately).

M&L for Roof treatment for in-accessible roof as under: - (i) Preparation of surfaces by sweeping cleaning and washing down with water to remove dust and loose particles over RCC slab for providing roof treatment. (ii) Apply polyurethane waterproofing coating on prepared concrete surface of roof slab & up to 300 mm of parapets and crumple joint including junction of roof and parapet where ever applicable. Any minor cracks in the screed should be sealed with grouting and crack filling material or epoxy sealant filler. This stage shall be passed by the GE. Roof surface shall be left without any further treatment. (iii) Method: Cleaning the surface and applying FOSROC Nitoproof 725 (min 0.8mm dft) over a priming coat of Nitoproof WB Primer or equivalent product of Asian paints , M/s M C Bauchemic / CIPY/ SIKA / Pidilite / Dr Fixit / Thermax / STP as approved by GE, applied as per manufacturer’s instructions. (iv) The work shall be carried out complete as per manufacturer’s specifications and application methodology. Execution to be done with authorised trained / skilled applicator of manufacturer as per technical guidance laid by manufacturer. Company guarantee to be given by contractor after completion of water proofing work before payment. (v) Ponding test for 72 hrs to be carried out and no leakage / seepage shall be ensured. Any rectification to be done at the cost of contractor repeating above steps of application to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for water proofing treatment to sunken slabs as under complete all as specified and as directed:- (i) Preparation and cleaning of the existing sunken/lowered portion of RCC slab surface for full depth of sunken floor by wire brush. chisel out any mortar sticking the surface.(ii) Applying FOSROC Nitoproof 600PF (Minimum 0.80mm dft) over a priming coat of Nitoproof WB or equivalent product of Asian paints / M/s MC Bauchemie / CIPY/ SIKA / Pidilite Dr Fixit / Thermax / STP as approved by GE, applied as per manufacturers instructions to bottom and full vertical sides of sunken floors.(iii) Fill it with water and check for dampness and seepage. In case the slightest indication of seepage / leekage is noticed, the same shall be rectified by injection grouting to seal all cracks or application of polymer modified mortar FOSROC Nitobond SBR or equivalent of M/s MC Bauchemie / CIPY SIKA / Pidilite Dr Fixit / Asian paints / Thermax / STP admixed with integral WPC or cementitous crystalline waterproofing compound in the affected area to seal all cracks and micro cracks if any, and this shall be done by contractor at his own cost.(iv) Apply additional coat of FOSROC Nitoproof 600PF or equivalent of Asian paints / M/s MC Bauchemie / CIPY / SIKA / Pidilite Dr Fixit / Thermax / STP .(v) All junction points of side walls where CI/GI pipes are passing through shall be sealed with epoxy cement mortar.

M&L for light weight cinder aggregate of size 20 to 40 mm for sunken filling including taking out old materials of any description and removing debries to a distance exceeding 1.5 Km but not exceeding 5Km complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 75 mm thick Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base flooring complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge

M&L for 25 mm thick PCC 1 : 2 : 4 type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in screed bed in floors all as specified and directed.

M & L for precast cement concrete solid building blocks or slabs 10cm thick with plain or interlocking joints with PCC type C1 1:3:6 using 20mm graded stone aggregate setting in mortar 1:4 in walls, complete all as specified and directed.
