Development of Green School Campuses through Native Plantation under IGBC Green School Initiative

Surface dressing of the ground in loose or soft soil including removing vegetation and / or unequalities not exceeding 15 cm deep and disposal of rubbish etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Collection and Supply of good quality Red earth from Vagaikulam and conveying by road with an average lead of 26 KM & stacking at site for pre-measurement including cost of materials, conveyance of red earth, labour, tools & plants etc., complete and asdirected by the departmental officers.

Collection and Supply of good quality Cow dung manure (well dried manure) from Tuticorin town and conveying by road with an average lead of 13 km & stacking at site for pre-measurement including cost of cow dung manure, conveyance, labour, tools & plants, etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and Planting of well growth and healthy Saplings of 1.5m height in poly bags for planting works at site. The saplings varieties shall be Neem, Pungai, Vagai, Novai, Poovarasu. The cost inclusive of cost of saplings, conveyance, loading, unloading, all materials, labours and planting charges etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supply of Vermicompost as and when required by the Port for maintaining the available trees, Plants including application of Vermicompost in the identified area and cost of Vermicompost, labour etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.
