Schedule 'A' CONSTRUCTION OF RECHARGE WELL

Transportation of drilling Rig machine.

Water supply charges for drilling.

Drilling of 350 mm dia bore from GL to approx. 70 Mt depth (bgl) in all type of soil strata containing sand, clay with kankar including all materials, labour & equipment etc.complete.

Development of tube/bore well by hi-capacity pump.

Supply and installation of 160 mm (6'') dia medium well PVC casing pipe (plain) superior quality confirming IS:12818-1992.

Supply and installation of 160 mm (6'') dia PVC ribbed screen superior quality including 2.0 m for Rechage Tank.

Supply and installation of 6'' size PVC specials like MS clamp, well cap/end cap, coupler etc as per site requirement.

Supply & filling of Pea Gravel around PVC pipe assembly at drilling site.

Supply & Proving of Bentonite powder as per site requirment.

Supply & installation of 150 mm dai B-Class MS pipe.

Supply and installation of 150 mm dai MS air vent system.

Schedule 'B' CONSTRUCTION OF RECHARGE TANK AND FILTER CHAMBER

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), excavataed soil and disposal of surplus excavated soils as directed, within lead of 50 m including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift up to 1.5 m including getting out the all kind of soil.

Extra for every additional lift of 1.5 m or part thereof in excavation /banking excavated or stacked materials.

Providing & laying in position cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand (zone III) : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) excluding of cost of centering, shuttering all work upto plinth level.

Brick work with common burnt clay (non modular) bricks of class 150 in foundation and plinth in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : coarse sand) .

Providing and laying damp proof course 40 mm thick with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand (zone III):4 graded stone aggregate 12.5 mm nominal size).

Providing and laying in position 1:2:4(1 cement :2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal) of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement-All work up to plinth level.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of foundations, footings, bases of column, etc. for mass concrete.

8 mm dia Steel reinforcement for RCC work including straightening, cutting, bending and placing in position binding all complete upto plinth level Thermo mechanically treated bars of grade Fe- 500D or more.

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand :4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement , including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete: 40 mm thick with 20 mm nominal size aggregate.

15 mm cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) finished with a floating coat of neat cement on rough side of single or half brick wall.

Cartage of excavated soil 15 km away from the site including loading & unloading etc. complete.

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Mosquito/Fly proof stainless steel grade 304 wire mesh gauge with 0.50 mm dia sia and 1.4 mm wide aperture.

Supply and fixing of Nylon mess for recharge filter including cutting, wastage etc.

Suppling & filling of following materials in recharge filter:

Loose Bricks at top.

Coarse sand layer below loose bricks.

Pea gravel of size 1.2 mm to 4.6 mm below coarse sand.

40 mm gauged stone ballast below Pea gravel.

Making provision of overflow system complete in all respect including cost of all materials.

Schedule 'C' CONVEYANCE PIPE LINE WORK WITH CHAMBERS

Supply and laying of PVC pipe conforming IS mark with all required Tee, Coupler, Elbow, Reducer etc. with proper gradient and alignment in trench, including laying of pipes etc. complete.

Construction of 900x900x900 mm size inlet chamber with class 150 brick work 1:3 cement mortar with RCC slab on top along with proper by-pass arrangement to run-off excess rain water.

Construction of 750x750x750 mm size inlet chamber with class 150 brick work 1:3 cement mortar with RCC slab on top along with proper by-pass arrangement to run-off excess rain water.

Construction of 600x600x600 mm size inlet chamber with class 150 brick work 1:3 cement mortar with RCC slab on top along with proper by-pass arrangement to run-off excess rain water.

Construction of 450x450x450 mm size inlet chamber with class 150 brick work 1:3 cement mortar with RCC slab on top along with proper by-pass arrangement to run-off excess rain water.

Finishing wall with one coat of water proof cement paint Weather Coat of approved quality on previous new surface with this paint to give an even shade including supply of all materials, labour, Tool & plant etc. required for proper completion of work.

Same as above but over previously painted surface weather coat.

Schedule 'D' MAKING ROOF TOP SUITABLE

Supply & fixing 110 mm dia 6 Kgf/cm2 Pressure PVC Pipe of new down pipe with all required Tee, Coupler, Elbow, Reducer etc.

Providing & fixing of Ball Valve system with all required accessories for provision of drained off first rain water as per site requirment & instructions.

Road/floor cutting for pipe line laying & its repairing and other misc. items as per site requirment for complition of work.

Schedule 'E' CONSTRUCTION OF PIEZOMETER 110 MM DIAMETER

Transportation of DC Rig machine including cost of labour etc. complete.

Water supply charges for drilling work.

Drilling of 200 mm dia bore well by DC rig machine including cost of labour, equipment etc, complete required for proper completion of work.

Providing of 100 mm dia CS/CM Casing Pipe (confirming IS:12818) assembly.

Providing of 100 mm dia CS/CM Ribbed Screen (confirming IS:12818) assembly.

Lowering of 100 mm dia PVC Assembly including cost of labour etc. complete.

Providing & fixing of 100mm dia threaded PVC end cap.

Providing & fixing of 150 mm dia MS pipe (confirming IS:1239)

Providing & fixing of MS clamp for holding of MS pipe.

Providing & laying of Cement Concrete of size 1.5mx1.5mx0.15m below CC block in 1:4:8 (Cement, fine sand and brick ballast 40 mm size) in foundation with ramming & dressing etc. complete work with all material, labour, T&P as required.

Providing & laying of Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone ballast 20 mm nominal size ) including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.

Fabrication & fixing of Security System as per design including cost of material, labour, etc. required for proper completion of work.

Fabrication & supply of angle Iron Sign board of frame size 1.20x0.90x1.95 mt. with cross strip & beading of size 30x4 mm welded on frame of MS angle size 40x40x5 mm and MS sheet of 18 gauge as per drawing & design including all labour, material and T&P etc. complete.

Fixing of legs of sign board on cement concrete block of size 0.30x0.30x0.60 mt. in ratio 1:3:6 as per drawing & design including all labour, material etc. complete.

Painting of angle iron sign board with double coat primer and enamel paint of black colour on frame both side and sky blue on MS sheet both side including all labour, material etc. complete.

Writing on angle iron sign board both sides of given matter with Post Office Red Color Fluorescent Paint as per drawing and detail given including all labour, material etc. complete.

Loading/Unloading & transportation of material, T&P including all labour etc complete.

Schedule 'F' PROVIDING AND INSTALLATION OF DWLR ON PIEZOMETER

Providing & installation of Automatic Digital Water Level Recorder (DWLR) with telemetry system (by reputed/standard manufacturer) including required software & other accessories, all taxes, labour, material, T&P, etc. complete as per specifications & instructions.
