Supply, install, testing & commisioning of 415v ± 10 % volt, 3Ph- 50 Hz Top Discharge type & modular type Variable referigerant flow system suitable for operation with R 410a referigerant and having capacity 56HP-(03 Working+01 standby) Nos complete all as specified and as directed. Outdoor unit:- All inverter multiple scroll compressors,in each module unit able to operate in case of break down one compressors with heating and cooling mode, air cooled condenser with protective coated fins, low noise propeller type fan with motor, auto address setting, auto check function for connection error, electronic expansion valve,refrigerant cooled PCB,outdoor mounting frame,micro processor panel and other standard accessories as per specification.The unit shall be operational in very very silent mode(approx 40 db) in night time operation. The indoor unit variable refrigerant flow 220-240 v/1Ph/50 Hz Indoor Unit :-Ductable units type such as 6.0 TR-01 No, 5.0 TR-02 Nos, Cassettes units type such as 1.0 TR-01 No, 1.7 TR- 02 Nos, 2.8 TR- 02 Nos and Hi-wall unit such as 1.3 TR- 02 Nos, 1.5 TR- 03 Nos, 2.5 TR- 01 No, 2.8 TR- 01 No comprising of coil, filter, fan complete with all standard accessories. Supply, installation and commisioning of the following size CU referigerant pipes duly insulated with 19mm/13mm close cell elastomeric nitrile rubber insulation between each set of outdoor and indoor units complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, installation and commisioning of PVC pipe medium class (for drainge of water from IDU) of the following size with 6mm nitrile rubber insulation complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of GSS ducting of size 24 Gauge including necessary support, adjustable dampers complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of GSS ducting of size 22 Gauge including necessary support, adjustable dampers complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 9 mm thick XLPE insulation for duct insulation complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix open cell nitrile rubber acoustic insulation complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, fixing, testing and commissioning of supply air diffusers/ grill of powder coated aluminium with aluminium volume control dampers complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, fixing, testing and commissioning of return air diffusers/ grill of powder coated aluminium without aluminium volume control dampers complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 2 Core x 0.75 sheilded cable with conduit for communication cabling between ODU and IDU as per OEM specification with all fitting on roof/ wall / ceiling making good the same with cement plaster in cement morter(1:6) and painting complete to match with the existing surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix sequential timer for server room complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down old existing AC plant including its fittings & fixtures from site and deposite to MES Store yard complete all as specified and as directed.

Note :- Two run of 1.5 Sqmm copper cable + one run of 1.5 Sqmm copper cable earthed wire + one run of PVC casing caping of suitable size will be measured as one unit.

M & L for sub main wiring with PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor FRLS cable of size 2.5 Sqmm two run drawn through and including PVC casing caping of suitable size on wall including 2.5 sqmm insulated unsheathed copper conductor cable for continuous earthing from main earth dolly complete all as specified & directed. Note :- Two run of 2.5 Sqmm copper cable + one run of 2.5 Sqmm copper cable earthed wire + PVC casing caping of suitable size will be measured as a single unit.

S & F of MCCB distribution boards TPN, 4 way, 415 volts 50 Hz, AC double door vertical loadline DBs are fitted with isolated copper bus bar, IP-54 protection, cement Spill Protector, mechanical impact strenfgth IK 09, surrounded neutral link, earth link, earthing suitably for MCCB's upto 250 Amp as I/C (Frame 2) and SP/TP MCB's as outgoing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and installation air cooled split unit air conditioner electric driven single phase of capacity 1.5 TR ,3 star rated of ISEER or 5 star as per BEE complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for sub main wiring with PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor FRLS cable of size 16 Sqmm four run drawn through and including PVC conduit of suitable size on wall including 10 sqmm two run insulated unsheathed copper conductor cable for continuous earthing from main earth dolly complete all as specified & directed. Note :- Four run of 16 Sqmm copper cable + Two run of 10 Sqmm copper cable + One run of PVC conduit of suitable size will be measured as one unit.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6, type C2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregates) for foundation of pole, stay incl frame work complete all as specified and as directed.
