Taking down old road sign board and supply and fix mandatory road sign board, consisting of single pole made of galvanized iron, medium grade 40 mm dia pipe, 3 m height. Out of 3 m, 0.6 m pipe shall be embedded in PCC (1:2:4) type B2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) pit of size 450 x 450 x 600 mm including necessary earthwork and excavation. GI pipe shall be provided at top with aluminium sheet of size 0.3 m x 0.3 m and of 2 mm thick. The sheet shall consist of retro reflective coloured sheets having smooth outer surfaces for and writing letters / symbols. Letters shall be of size and colour as per Table 8.3 of IRC 67 of 2012. The exposed steel surfaces shall be provided two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinch chromer primer, complete all as specified and as directed.

Extra over stone walling for hammer dressing to face stones and dressing of face beds and joints, as specified, of random rubble (Bangalore type) walling uncoursed with maximum depression on face from straight edge held against the dressed surface not exceeding 20 mm.

Demolition of Stone sett paving of any description or thickness laid bedded and pointed in any mortar, and providing material and labour for 100 mm thick approved quarried stone laid in pavings, face hammer dressed, sides fitted fairly, hollows wedged in with stone chips and interstices filled with CM 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed..
