Operation/regular maintenance of STP daily in two shift basis (16 hours/day) including Sundays and all holidays at Main Plant and Housing Complex Area.
Charges for collection of treated effluent water from the STP and test the same treated water in the recognized lab and submit the test certificate for the treated effluent (i.e. COD, BOD, TSS, TDS and pH) at every month. Test certificate to be submitted before 15th of next month.
Rate for servicing as and when required for KSB imported submersible pump including replacement of bearing & oil seal.
Rate for servicing as and when required for Kay make air blower including replacement of bearing & oil seal.
Rate for servicing as and when required for Kirloskar Centrifugal pump including replacement of bearing & oil seal.
Rate for servicing as and when required for Clarifier including replacement of bearing & oil seal.
Supply and replacement of spares as and when required for KSB imported submersible pumps: Rewinding of pump.
Supply and replacement of spares as and when required for KSB imported submersible pumps: Capacitor.
Supply and replacement of spares as and when required for KSB imported submersible pumps: Auto level switch.
Supply and replacement of spares as and when required for Kirloskar Centrifugal pump with motor: Rewinding of motor.
Supply and replacement of spares as and when required for Kirloskar Centrifugal pump with motor: Gunmetal bush.
