Construction of 01 no. of warehouse (12 m X 30 m) along with repair modification of existing rolling shutters and installation of new sliding gate in existing warehouses at GHAVP site.

Supply, Fabrication, Erection, Painting & commisioning of 4 nos. of large size sliding gate (finish size - 6.5 m x 6 m) of carbon steel sections consisting of channels, square rod, plates confirming to IS 2062 E-250 Gr BR/A and square or rectangular hollow sections confirming to IS 4923 Grade YST 240, including safe handling, shifting, welding, supply of fasteners, preparation & submission of report and completion of work including arrangement of man power, plant & machinery, tools & tackles, scaffolding erection, necessary consumables, cleaning aids as per technical specification and drawings. Material used shall have valid test certificate. Sliding gates shall have sliding rollers at bottom, rolling support at top (teflon rollers) and bottom rail along with required civil work to embed ISMC structure in concrete floor on which bottom rail will be welded.

Complete removal of existing rolling shutters of size - 6 m x 7 m of CMM warehouse no. 4 & 5 to facilitate replacement with sliding gate including cutting, grinding, handling and shifting of dismantled material to designated location within plant premises as directed by Engineer In-charge.

Modification of existing rolling shutters of size - 6 m x 7 m installed in warehouse to reduce its height from 7 m to 3 m including dismantling and re-installation of rolling shutter after reducing the height of shutter to 3 m (effective opening) along with shifting of existing canopy above rolling shutter to appropriate height (from 7 m to 3 m height). The work also includes removal of existing motorized arrangement for operation of the rolling shutters.

Providing and fixing color coated profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.45 mm (+ 0.05 %) base metal thickness with total coated thickness of 0.5mm of zinc alumunium alloy, in 550 mpa steel grade. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre . The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling/ self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

Miscellaneous structures: Supply, Fabrication, Erection, Painting of carbon steel structure confirming to IS 2062 Gr BR & IS 4923 Grade YST 240, consisting of channels, beams, angles, plates, chequered plates, Tubular sections etc. including handling, shifting, welding, supply of fasteners, preparation & submission of report and completion of work including arrangement of man power, plant & machinery, tools & tackles, scaffolding erection, necessary consumables, cleaning aids as per technical specification and drawings. Material used shall have valid test certificate as per approved drawings.

Supply, Installation and commissioning of worm gear type mechanical drives on rolling shutters.

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved red oxide steel primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint (150 - 200 micron) all complete including fasteners of grade as per technical specification and instructions of Engineer in charge.
