Booster Compressor of 250 SCMH Capacity (with Gas flow Meter to measure the receipt of CBG from the CBG plant) Design, Procurement, Manufacture, Inspection, Testing, Supply of Motor driven Hydraulic variable suction Booster Compressor 250 SCMH Capacity package for CBG Handling. Works include: - a. One No MFM at the Inlet of Compressor for measuring the GAS b. The canopy shall have provision for overhead mounting of 3000 water Litre cascade (with approximate weight of 7.5 tons) c. One no. Trailer panel and LCV tube post for connecting mobile cascade to compressor. d. Maintenance Cost during the Warranty Period as defined in the technical Bid Note: 1. Bidder to refer the special terms and conditions and specifications before submitting the bid. 2. Bidder to note that Price Quoted shall be ex-Factory. Transportation shall be paid extra as per the fixed charges and actual KM covered (shortest distance as per Google). 3. 3000 WL Cascade shall be supplied by IOC as free issue material.

Installation supervision, Commissioning & Field performance test Installation supervision, Commissioning & Field performance test of Motor driven Hydraulic variable suction CBG Booster Compressor 250 SCMH Capacity package complete in all respect including free issue 3000 WL Cascade.

Transportation of Motor driven Hydraulic variable suction CBG Booster Compressor 250 SCMH Capacity package Vendors Premises (Dispatching Factory) to IOCL RO including enroute all taxes, levies and unloading by a suitable vehicle exclusively for this purpose ( 0 to 30 KM )

Operation Charges of COMPRESSOR Skid – 250 SCMH. The work shall include daily operation of the Compressor, daily maintenance of the compressor, filling of daily checklist, coordinating with the Vendors Office for Preventing and breakdown maintenance. The Rates Quoted shall be in line with the applicable Central Wages.

For 1st Year during Warranty period ( Per Shift)

Comprehensive Annual Maintenance of COMPRESSOR Skid – 250 SCMH (After expiry of One year of warranty period) Lump sum Comprehensive Annual Servicing, Repair, & Maintenance charges including testing as per OEM / statutory recommendation/ requirement per year after warrantee period. This Includes inclusive of manpower, spare, consumables etc. AMC will consist of two parts : i) Preventive maintenance at regular interval by OEM / authorised contractor as per recommendation of OEM & ii) Break down maintenance as and when required within AMC by OEM. Note: AMC cost shall be minimum 7 % of the supply Cost. In case bidders have quoted less, same shall be made 7% for the year(s) in which same is less than 7% and equivalent amount shall be deducted from the item 1.1 at the time of Placement of Order.

Bidder shall quote rates for per shift operation. 2. Normally the RO shall Operate in Two Shifts as per the working hours of RO. 3. The Rates Quoted shall be in line with the applicable Central Wages. 4. Bidders to take note of the tender terms and conditions for Operation Charges before quoting.
