Supply and fixing in replacement Distribution board of sheet steel enclouser distribution boards, double door factory made TPN Vertical 4 way 3 phase 415 volts 4 way with 200 amps rating copper bus bar and PVC insulated copper jumpers of suitable size from the MCCB to the out going circuits one incoming MCCB and 12 outgoing MCBs circuits comprising of 3 phase 4 wire of suitable rating complete all as spcd and directed with the following accessories :- (a) MCCB 100 amps, 25 KA, FP, 415 volts, 50 Hz = 01 No. (Note:- Out going MCB shall be measured and paid for separately)

S&F in repair, installation , commissioning and testing polycarbonate ASTA CPRI approved OEM made meter panel including cutting the wall to make concealed including cement plaster work and color wash to match with existing. The panel shall be made of modular polycarbonate Thermoplastic Enclosures which should be UV resistance in accordamce with IEC 61439-1, Clause 10.2.4:Meter Panel (Mini. Size 600 x 600 x 170 ) wall mounted type on Mounting structure RAL 7016. The meter panel should be anti - acid & anti corrosive fully transparent door for meter vision. Degree of Ingress protection IP-66 in accordance with IEC 60529, gasket shall be internally embedded made of polyurethane & against mechanical load shall be IK08 (5 Joule) in accordance with IEC 62262.The manufacturer of panel shall be submit a copy of his CPRI TEST REPORT IN POLYCARBONATE only also share panel assembled by OEM, channel partner or sister concern assembly will not be accepted. The Degree of Ingress protection IP65 in accordance with IEC 60529. The panel made by aprroved enclosures in MES & they shall submit a copy of TYPE TEST REPORT of a board made out of Polycarbonate thermoplastic panel in accordance with IEC 60439-1.The ASTA CPRI report shall have mention of following tests performed and passed out satisfactorily - Temperature Rise, Dielectric Properties, Short circuit withstand current – Rated peak & short time withstand current and Rated Conditional Short Circuit Current, Effectiveness of Protective Circuits.

The board manufacturer shall submit the copy of type test reports for Polycarbonate Thermoplastic Board only. Wall Mounting Panel Board TPN 4 way,415 Volt with copper bus bar rating 200Amps for R,Y,B,N phase. Enclosure door fully Transparant and The Size of Panel Should not be less then (600mmx600mmx170mm). The panel should passed glow wire test 960 degrees Centigrade in accordance with 60695-2-11 [flame retardant and self-extinguishing]. INCOMER:- 100 Amp, 4 pole MCCB, 25 KA Thermal/Magnetic Released with spreader link. MCCB/MCB No operated by flip cover. Indicator provided on each phase. Provision of four Nos single phase sub meters in panel including taking down the existing and fixing in the panel. Provided output supply by MCB DP 40 Amp 4 nos , Meter Enclosures & enclosures accessories as per RAL 7035. Ten Nos Terminal blockes provided for output supply all as specified and as directed. Note :- Rated of Main incomer MCCB 100 Amp and MCB DP 40 Amp 4 Nos is included in quoted rate and no extra payment be made for it.

M&L in replacement of sub main wiring Concealed/surface wiring with two single core pvc insulated unsheathed FRLS copper conductor 1100 volt grade multistandard of size 4 sqmm and incl drawn through and including non metalic rigid pvc conduit and couduit accesssories not less then 20 mm external dia and conduit accessories of ISI marks medium grade including 4 sqmm copper wire for earth continuity wire and connected of common earth dolly. Make of Wire :polycab /Havells/ Plaza . Note:- One run of conduit two run of 4 sq mm copper conductor & one run of 4 sq mm copper conductor is measured as one unit.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level, connected to galvanized earth lead wire 4.00 mm dia by means of bolts nuts check nuts & washers of galvanized iron or steel , procteded by GI pipe 15 mm bore( light grade) and watering pipe 20 mm bore GI pipe (light grade ) and chamber of pcc 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate and coping shall be in PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded stone agg. 50 mm thick cover of RCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone agg. reinforced with 8 mm dia MS tor bar @ 80 mm c/c both ways including excvation and earth work and removal of surplus soil complete all as shown in electrical plate no 5 of SSR PART 1 , with charcoal dust and salt complete and earth lead connected to earthing test point (up to main switche, DBs) complete all as specified & testing on completion.

Supply and fixing in replacement of MCB SP 5 to 40 Amp current carrying capacity,240V, 10 KA, 'B' curve type in the MCB DB complete with connection, testing, commissioning complete all as specified & directed.

S & F in replacement of MCCB four pole 100 Amps with breaking capacity 16KA , 415 Volts, fixed thermal & magnetic release including making all incoming/ outgoing connections fixed & MCCB matching with the existing slots complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of automatic monoblock pressure/booster pump size 25 mm x25 mm, tech motor S1 class B 230 Volts 500 Hz, RPM 2800, 10 MF, Input power 650 watt with pressure tank of cap 19 Ltrs PS max pressure bar 10 PT test pressure bar 14 with complete accessories incl GI pipe/gate valve/NRV complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for flooring the broken area with cement mortar 1:3:6 all as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Supply and fixing Bus bar chamber made out of from CRCA sheet 2 mm thick including making concealed in the wall with nuts and bolts and color wash to match with exsting, powder coated of size 600 x450 x 150 mm in IP-65 consisting of the following :- (a) Incoming MCCB 100 Amp 4 pole 16 KA, 415 V- 01 No (b) Outgoing Alluminium Bus bar duly insualted RBY and Black- 01 Set (c) Led indicator RYB = 01 Set

S & F in replacement sheet metal enclousure for MCB DB single pole and neutral 8 way with 200 Amps rated bus bar 240 volts double door type.

S & F in replacement sheet metal enclousure for MCB DB single pole and neutral 12 way with 200 Amps rated bus bar 240 volts double door type.

Supply and fixing in replacement of MCB SPN 40-63 Amp current carrying capacity, 240V, 10 KA, 'B' curve type in the MCB DB complete with connection, testing, commissioning complete all as specified & directed.

S & F in replacement SRCD DBOXX (socket residual current device) protected socket with steel enclosure of 25 Amp capacity complete with all accessories complete all as specified & directed.
