C.C ROAD Clearing of site With cutting of grass, vegetation &Layout of building including making center pillar With all labor T&P & etc. 2.31

Earth work in exacavation in trenches for foundations in ordinary soil(loan clay or sand) including lift upto 1.5 m and dressing of sides and ramming of bottom sand disposal of surplus excavated earth as directed by the Engineer i/c with in alead of 50m.2.2.1

PCC 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-lll) derived from natural sources : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)4.1.8

Laying c.c. road slab 15cm hick consisting 1:2:4 cement coarse sand and approved 2 cm. (3/4") gauge stone grit over prepared sub-grade after its rectifications & bringing it to proper camber & including supply of all materials , Labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work, finished to temp, as directed by 'Engineer in charge but excluding cost of metal required for rectification of the sub-grade. 16.42

12mm thick plaster 1:4 in blow Plinth plaster DSR 13.4.1

Providing and laying in position bitumen hot sealing compound for expansion joints etc. (DSR- 16.46.1) Using grade 'A' sealing compound.

DRAIN(300X300MM) Excavation in foundation in ordinary Soil ( Loam clay or sand ) including lift upto 1.5m lead upto 30.0 m & including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth into the space between the building & sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal & disposal surplus earth as directed by the engineer I/C within a lead of 30 m.from foundation trenches.

Providing and laying Cement concrete 1:4:8 (1cement :4 coarse sand :8 graded stone ballast 40 mm. nominal size) including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work and curing complete, also including cost of formwork in foundation.

R.C.C. work with cement approved coarse sand and 2 cm. (3/4") guage approved stone grit in the proportion 1:1.5:3(1cement :1.5 coarse sand :3 aggregate) in lintels of doors and windows excluding reinforcement and its fixing and binding the same with 24 B WG binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc.and also including supply of all materials, labour and tools and of all materials, labour and tools and plants etc, required for proper completion of the works. strength of the concrete shall not beless than M-20.
