Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m deep for taking out HT underground cable and laying of new underground cable in replacement and getting out in any type of soil complete all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cms. thick in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in -charge .

Removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 Mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 Mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for sand cushioning in trenches including spreading and consolidation in layers of 8cm thick before laying the cable & 15 cm thick after laying the cable and punned down to form a bed complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Punned down thickness will be measured for payment.

Supplying and laying Un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover ' factory made' of class HV, Type 1 with peak, of size 300 mm x 180 mm x 40 mm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement 100 mm dia galvanized iron tube light grade for protection of cable at road crossing complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, Laying, jointing, and testing of under ground cables XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded galvanized steel strips armoured electric power cable (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor HT 11000 volts grade(Earthed) and cross sectional area 120 sqmm 3 core confirming to latest IS and ISI marked complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dehydration/filtration of transformer oil of transformer in position till the dyelectric strength of transformer oil is achived not less than 50 KV when measured at 2.5 mm gap for one minute including filling of new transformer oil as required for top up upto required oil level complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : - New transformer oil as required shall be measured and paid separatly under respective item as supply only.

Supply only new transformer oil with dielectric strength not less than 60 KV when measured at 2.5 mm gap for duration of one minutes, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing HT feeder pillar box outdoor type factory made weather and vermin proof made out from 3.15 mm sheet supported with legs 45 cm long made of angle iron 50x50x5 mm of size 1.2 mtrx1 mtrx1 mtr with 3 Nos 0.8mtr Aluminium bus bar of size 40x10mm or 400 Amps for 11 KV , 11 KV post Insulator 6 Nos duly drilled hole for HT Cable connection including front and rear side openable with locking arrangment suitable for 11 KV HT and provision for incoming and out going HT cable connection including painting with two coats of smoke gray synthetic enamels paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete and providing security fence XPM jally type of 2 mtr height from ground level square type all rounded 2.5 mtr length with 9nos angle iron of 25x25x5mm of hight 2.25mtr (2mtr above ground 0.25 mtr under ground) including necessary location gate of same XPM jally all as specified and directed . Note:- Feeder piller box shall be mounted on brick plate form built in (1:4) not less then 60 cm above ground level with suitable PCC foundation rendering 15 mm in CM (1:6), applying two coats and cement base paints and XPM jally supported on 9 nos angle iron with concrete base.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galavanised steel earth plate electrode of size 60mm x 600mm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below gound level with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 m below normal gound level connected to galvanised steel earth strip of size 32x6 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galavanised iron/steel and conneted to main control board as directed and including proivison of concrete pit in PCC (1:2:4) type B1 pre cost RCC earth pit cover reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bars @ 150mmc/c of size 54cmx54cmx8cm with two handle for lifting made out of 8mm dia MS bar, provision of funnel, wire mesh, 20mm bore galavanised steel tubing (med grade) for watering. Charcoal 250 Kg and salt 200 Kg in alternate layers, 40mm bore galavanised steel tubing light grade for protection of earth lead connection including necessary excavation and earth work and testing complete all as shown on electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I. Note : Earth strip and protection pipe upto 7.5m is included in the unit rate of this item. Contractor shall quote his rate accordingly.

Supply, installation and testing in replacement of Lightening Arrestor expulsion type for outdoor use complete with all fittings transmission class discharge capacity 65 kilo Amps suitable for 11000 V including bracket, clamps, nuts and washers and connecting to earth wire complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down defective transformer from any location of installation, transporting the same to authorised work shop for repair and return back and installed on original location after repair including connection complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge.

Opening/striping off transformer 11 KV/0.433 KV step down capacity from 63 KVA to 160 KVA including draining out oil, lifting the core & coil assembly, washing & cleaning dust, dirt and sludge deposit etc from all parts. Removing damaged/defective parts requires replacement, making internal connection servicing of tap changer and reassembling the transformer after repair and replacement work including new cork sheet gasket, packing nuts, bolts, washer etc complete as required filling fresh transformer oil and testing complete.

Opening/striping off transformer 11 KV/0.433 KV step down capacity from 200 KVA to 500 KVA including draining out oil, lifting the core & coil assembly, washing & cleaning dust, dirt and sludge deposit etc from all parts. Removing damaged/defective parts requires replacement, making internal connection servicing of tap changer and reassembling the transformer after repair and replacement work including new cork sheet gasket, packing nuts, bolts, washer etc complete as required filling fresh transformer oil and testing complete. Note for items 16 and 17 :- Fresh transformer oil and other spare parts shall be measured under relevant items of Schedule.

Replacement of burnt copper coil winding complete with suitable size/gauge of super copper enameled wire of high quality matching with existing wiring of transformer of capacity 100 KVA to 500 KVA complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Insulation of copper strip limb for LT side with existing coil of transformer of capacity 100 KVA to 500 KVA complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only HV porcelain bushing of 11 KV grade with gasket complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only of Oil temperature gauge as per IS specification complete as specified and directed, suitable for Transformer up to 500 KVA capacity complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Preparation of old painted surfaces of transformer and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint including writing SM No and MES No with approved colour paint with letters 30 mm high for the following capacity of transformer:-

(i) 63 KVA to 200 KVA

(ii) 250 KVA to 400 KVA

Material and Labour for HT Cable path indicator shall be provided in distance min 100 mtrs and every joint,and turning of cable . The cable path indicator should be brown colur and fixed on MS angle iron frame, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for servicing of 33 KV VCB / 11KV VCB / bus coupler by dismantling, cleaning and greasing the complete VCB with attached relays bus bar etc insulation testing, setting the contact gap by measuring as required reassembling the VCB and reinstalling back to its original position checking and repairing the current circuit panel wiring, replacement of new spares as required complete including operational testing and comrnissioning all as directed. Note : New spares will be measured and paid separately under relavent item of' this schedule.
