Tentage arrangement for proposed visit of VVIPs in U.T. Chandigarh

Providng and fixing of Aluminium Hanger structure with waterproof fire -retardant PVC fabric (white colour), Front & back façade (as per fire department norms) (Test report of fabric & certified copy of structure stability to be enclosed) size 40m x 150m (public area) Note:- The hanger should be fixed at site complete in all respect 03 days prior to event date i.e. total 04 days including day of event. The rates must be quoted for the said period of 04 days in per sqm.

Double layer levelled wooden flooring / platform (app) 150mm high with adequate steps / Ramp at entrance as applicable at site including PVC sheet to be paid on grassy ground before fixing wooden flooring, at least 3 days prior to the event complete in all respect and rates must be quoted accordingly.

Toughened frameless glass door Main entry fixed with Hydraulic machines with size 2.50m x 2.50 m to be fixed at site as per requirement at least 3 days prior to the date of event complete in all respect and rates must be quoted accordingly.

Alluminum glass door for emergency exit with door closer size 2.25m x 2.25 m to be fixed at site as per requirement at least 3 days prior to the date of event complete in all respect and rates must be quoted accordingly.

Dustbins with garbage bag to be placed 3 days prior to the event complete in all respect and rates must be quoted accordingly.

Staff for houskeeping (8hrs shift) with proper dress of same colour & style having proper identity card issued by the agency and rates must be quoted accordingly.(15th July - Post event cleaning)

Consumables for Housekeeping for atleast 3 days prior to the event and rates must be quoted accordingly.

Banquet chairs with White covers ( lycra or similar) to be placed 3 days prior to the event complete in all respect and rates must be quoted accordingly.
