Hire Charges for CCTV Surveillance Cameras (Outdoor/Indoor) Providing on hire basis IP-based Dome/Bullet IR Cameras suitable for outdoor/indoor applications, equipped with 1/3” Progressive Scan CMOS Sensor, supporting H.264 dual stream encoding, with recording capability of 25 fps @ 2 MP resolution or better, and Day/Night functionality.The camera shall be provided with 4 mm fixed lens (optional lenses: 3.6 mm / 6 mm / 8 mm), having minimum IR illumination range of 20 meters, and shall be IP66 weatherproof, suitable for all weather conditions. Hire Charges for 32-Channel Network Video Recorder (NVR) Providing on hire basis 32-channel, 1U Network Video Recorder (NVR) suitable for IP-based CCTV surveillance system, capable of handling 1080P cameras with real-time live view. The NVR shall support H.264/MJPEG dual codec decoding with maximum 25 fps @ 1080p for preview and recording. (Please refer DNIT for complete specification of item no.2)

Hire Charges for 42” LED Display Providing on hire basis 42-inch LED Display suitable for surveillance/monitoring purposes, having high resolution with minimum contrast ratio of 100000:1, complete with remote control and supporting VGA/HDMI input/output connectivity. (Please refer DNIT for complete specification of item no3)

Hire Charges for 1 kVA UPS Providing on hire basis 1 kVA Offline UPS with inbuilt SMF (Sealed Maintenance Free) battery, having minimum 2 hours backup capacity under specified load conditions.The UPS system shall be suitable for continuous operation and shall ensure uninterrupted power supply in case of failure of main electricity supply. Hire Charges for 8-Port Gigabit PoE Network Switch Providing on hire basis 8-Port Gigabit (GB) PoE Network Switch for high-speed network switching, capable of supplying Power over Ethernet (PoE) to IP-based CCTV cameras through PoE-enabled ports. Each switch shall support Optical Fiber Cable (OFC) connectivity through suitable media converter and shall be fully compatible with Cat-6 UTP cabling for network distribution. Hire Charges for Power Cable (2-Core) and Associated Works for CCTV System(116 nos cameras) Providing on hire basis 2-core power cable (twin core) of suitable size for supplying power to PoE switches, network GB switches, UPS, NVR, etc., for approximately 116 Nos. CCTV cameras installed at site, with power fed from the CCTV control room., including provision of additional wooden supports/metal poles wherever reqd.In case of underground laying, the cable shall be laid in ground with proper protection and routing as directed at site. Hire Charges for 2-Core Power Cable and Associated Works for CCTV System (8 Cameras). Providing on hire basis 2-core (twin core) power cable of suitable size for supplying power to PoE switches, Network GB switches, UPS, NVR, etc., for 08 Nos. CCTV cameras installed at site, with power fed from the CCTV control room. (Please refer DNIT for complete specification of item no.7)

Hire Charges for OFC & CAT-6 UTP Video/Data Control Cabling with Accessories (For 116 Cameras) Providing on hire basis Optical Fiber Cable (OFC) and CAT-6 UTP cable for video/data transmission for 116 Nos. CCTV cameras, complete with all associated accessories required for proper connectivity and operation (Please refer DNIT for complete specification of item no.8)

Hire Charges for OFC & CAT-6 UTP Video/Data Control Cabling with Accessories (For 08 Cameras) Providing on hire basis Optical Fiber Cable (OFC) and CAT-6 UTP cable for video/data transmission for 08 Nos. Hire Charges for Network Rack (Wall/Floor Mounted) for CCTV System Providing on hire basis standard Network Rack (Wall Mounted/Floor Standing type) suitable for housing CCTV system components such as NVR, PoE switches, media converters, patch panels, UPS, and associated networking equipment. The rack shall be of robust CRCA steel construction, powder-coated, dust and corrosion resistant, with front toughened glass door and lockable arrangement, along with rear access panel/door for maintenance.
