TENDER FOR HIRING AN AGENCY FOR CIVIL WORKS AT CGS-SONAI, SILCHAR, GA9.02 OF PBGPL

Providing and laying RCC (reinforced cement concrete) of grade M-25 with 20mm and down grade crushed stone aggregate in all types of sub-structures like foundations, beam, columns, pedestals, pedestal bases, cable trench, shuttering, supplying etc. at all depths and levels complete as per drawings, specifications and directions of the Engineer-in-charge. Note: 1. Rate to include cost of all labour, tools, tackles, equipment, hire charges, supply of all materials such as, minimum 43 grade OPC cement/PPC cement including sulphate resistant cement if required, coarse and fine aggregates, admixtures, other minor construction materials, testing of concrete, curing etc. with all bye works complete. 2. The reinforcement shall be paid separately vide respective item.

Supplying and Fabricating and Fixing in position HYSD Steel Reinforcements/ TMT Grade Fe-415/500 conforming to IS1786-1985 at all levels and positions including the Cost of transport, Straightening, Cutting, Bending, Cranking, Binding, Welding, Provision of necessary Chairs and Spacers, Preparation of bar bending schedule and getting the same approved by EIC etc., complete as per Drawings and Specifications and including Cost of binding wire, Labour etc., all complete in all respects as per scope of work, detailed construction drawings, technical specifications and direction of Engineer-in-charge. The chairs and spacer bars provided will not be Measured for payment. Note: 1. Rate to include cost of all labour, tools, tackles, equipment, hire charges, supply of all materials such as reinforcement steel, binding wire etc. with all bye works and sundry works complete. 2. Chairs, Unauthorised Laps, Spacers, Binding wire, Wastage etc. shall be to contractor's account.

Earth work in filling with good quality borrowed earth (from approved source) in the layers of 150 mm and compacted up to 90% (Proctor Compaction Test) to its Maximum Dry Density (Optimum Moisture Content by means of roller of different kinds depending on the soil characteristics) up to 3 m depth and any plan dimension including all testing, watering, rolling each layer with 1/2 tonne roller or wooden or steel rammers, and every 3rd and top-most layer with power roller of minimum 8 tonnes and dressing / filling up ground depressions etc. complete in all respect as per scope of work, detailed construction drawings, as per technical specifications and directions of the Engineer-in-charge. Note: 1. Rate to include cost of all labour, tools, tackles, equipment, hire charges, cost of sand, right of way, cess, and backfilling using sand in all conditions, etc.

PCC M-10 (1:3:6) [1 Cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size] Note: Rate to include cost of all labour, tools, tackles, equipment, hire charges, supply of all materials, OPC/PPC cement, shuttering in all conditions etc. with all bye works and sundry works.

Providing, constructing and finishing of compound wall in RCC frame structure with 300mmx350mm column size at an interval of 3.0 m or as specified and height 2.1m with infill brick masonry 230 thk , 900mm high Y angle frames with Concertina coils and RBT tape as specified as per scope of work and detail construction drawings, including plastering, coping, painting, whitewash,concertina coil, finishes all complete as per technical specifications and direction of the Engineer-In-Charge. Note: 1. Rate to include cost of all labour, tools, tackles, equipment, hire charges, supply of all materials such as minimum 43 grade OPC/PPC cement, RCC M25,Reinforcement steel , concertina coil finishes, bitumen, Y angle, other minor construction materials, shuttering, staging, coping, expansion gap filling with "Capcell" armoured board and white sealant material, plastering,painting and all other sundry works. 2.Foundation/ sub-structure to be paid separately vide respective item. 3. To be read with in conjunction with Particular Job Specification and tender drawings.
