Taking down carefully unserviceable point wiring of any description/ type/ size of light/ fan / tube/ power / two way/ bell etc. on TW batten/ conduit/casing caping including removal of batten/ conduit/ casing caping/ gutties/ wooden boards/ switches/ sockets/ regulators/ holders/ ceiling roses/ call bells/ etc. for taking credit and making good the disturbed surfaces of wall/ ceiling so as to match with the existing finishes complete, all as specified and directed.

Point wiring with PVC insulated and PVC sheathed single core multistranded FRLS copper conductor cable of size 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) using approved colour coding, 1100 volts grade, ISI marked, including PVC conduit heavy grade, 20 mm or higher dia. with fittings concealed in wall/ on surface for ceiling with continuous earth wire of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed single core multistranded FRLS copper conductor cable of size 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) 1100 volts grade, ISI marked and connecting to the common earth dolly including provn of 3mm thick plastic laminated sheet of appropriate size and sunken CI/pressed steel terminal boxes for mounting switches, sockets and regulators etc. including cutting chases and making good to the disturbed surfaces as per existing for One light point/fan point/ bell point controlled by one way switch complete, all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl item No 2 above but in existing PVC conduit complete, all as specified and directed.

Note :- Three run of cable alongwith PVC conduit together shall be measured as single run.

Supply and fixing switch piano, flush type, single pole, one way, 6 amps complete, all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing socket outlet 3 pin, 6 amp, flush type, complete, all as specified and directed.

Taking down celing fan ,sealing cable end ,dismentling blades and removing fan and blades and kept in safe coustedy/ store complete, all as specified and directed.

Hanging only ceiling fan and connecting up including provision of cable from ceiling rose to connector of fan complete, all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing modular switch 1 way, 1 modular 6 amps single pole one way complete, all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing modular socket, 2 module 6A 2/3 pin complete, all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing modular switch 1 way, 16 amps, 1 module complete, all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in surface mounting universal batten housing made of powder coated CRCA sheet suitable for upto 1 x 18/20 W LED tube and taking down existing old unserviceable housing complete, all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing LED tube 18/20W ultra bright LED polycarbonate tube with efficacy minimum 2000 lumens, CCT > 6500K, PF > 0.90 suitable for fitting into exsting/ new batten housing and connections to ceiling rose using PVC insulated and overall sheathed flexible copper conductor wire of size 0.75 sqmm 3 core and taking down existing old unserviceable tube complete, all as specified and directed. Note :- The contractor will submit the LM-80 and LM-79 report form manufacturer to Engineer-in-Charge for approval before incorporating in work.

Supply and fixing in replacement tube light fitting LED 20W inverter batten type fitting 4 feet long aluminium housing, charging time 10-12 hours with 4 hours backup IP20, rated volatge 230 V, 50Hz system of wattage 20W (+/- 10%), current less than 1.2 mA, power factor more than 0.95 and system lumen efficeincy of 100 lm/watt, CCT of 6500 K, CRI > 80, THD < 30%, driver efficeincy more than 85% complete all accessories prewired and connections electrically to ceiling rose using PVC insulated and overall sheathed flexible copper conductor wire of size 0.75 sqmm 3 core complete, all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing lamp holder with LED retrofit lamp 9 watt suitable for Lamp holder base complete, all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for ceiling rose, 3 terminals/ PVC/ polycarbonate, isolated body complete, all as specified and directed.

Taking out existing old unserviceable distribution box /sheet metal enclosure off size and making good disturbed surfaces complete and furnishing the surfaces with same colour complete, all as specified and directed.

Material and labour distribution board made out of CRCA sheet DB vertical type double door TPN 4 Way including fixing in the wall, cutting chases, grounting and making good to match with the existing including making connections all as directed containing the folowings:- (a) MCCB 4 Pole 100 Amps 16 KA breaking capacity with thermal release: 01 No (In coming). (b) Bus bar factory made made out of Aluminium duly insulated with wire adhesive tape RYB & black :4 Nos. (c) MCB SPN 40 Amp: 4 Nos, MCB SP 10-32 Amp: 08 Nos (Out going). (d) Connection from MCCB to bus bar will be made with Aluminium Strip of suitable capacity complete, all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixed in repair sheet metal enclosure for DB’s when MCB’s to be used, 240 volt 8 way SPN with bus bar and double door complete, all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair MCB single pole 6 amps to 32 amps complete, all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair MCB single pole and neutral 6 to 32 amps complete, all as specified and directed.

Earthing Complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6mm thick burried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 metre below ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level earth plate surrounded from all sides by 15cm thick packed layer of charcoal dust and common saft filling in alternate layers and electrode connection by using earth lead GI wire 4mm dia ( 8 SWG) by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers made of galvanised iron and thimbles and other end of the earth wire connected to main switch board protected by galvanised iron light grade pipe 15mm bore in wall/floor/and GI Pipe 20mm bore light grade for watering with funnel and wire mesh PCC chamber in cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 and RCC pit cover including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, returning slurry approved soil and disposed of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m away all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR 2020 ( Part-I) complete, all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing GI pipe bracket made out of GI pipe medium grade 32 mm bore and bent to shape 1.5m long, MS clamps made out of MS flat iron of size 40mm x 5mm thick and drilling of hole for and including nuts, bolts and washers including painting MS clamps with two coats of synthetic enemal paint over a coat of red oxide primer including taking down the existing GI pipe bracket complete, all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing LED security light fitting 45 Watt output, warm white CCT > 3000K with IP 66 protection suitable upto 50mm OD holder on existing wall/ bulilding/poles, LED light fitting shall be made up of pressure die case aluminium LM 6 alloy with toughend glass, high power LEDs with efficacy minimum 4500 lumens and secondary lenses with brand name embossed on cover. High power ceramic base, CRI >70, Surge protection of min 5 KV with driver including taking down existing old unserviceable fitting complete, all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Luminaries and driver shall be of same make to avoid any dispute and service issue later.

Supply and fixing in repair 10 sqmm one twin core cable flat or circular, 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated aluminium conductor stranded, served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connections complete, all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair octane 24 watt 4000k LED Panel slim compact aluminium die cast edge lit panel recess mounted square with opal diffuser and separate electronic drive 284x284mm complete, all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair indoor type decorative recess mounted direct/indrect 2x2 lumanaries light fixures made up to 36 watt LED netural white complete including making connection with twin core twisted flexible copper conductor cable with suitable size complete, all as specified and directed.
