Taking down chowkhats or frame n.exc 1.5 Sqm with shutter (without taking off shutters from the frame) and removal from site complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down chowkhats or frame exc 1.5 Sqm but n.exc 4.00 sqm with shutter (without taking off shutters from the frame) and removal from site complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fix, aluminum anodized frame/ chowkhat for doors, windows, partition etc with one or more rebates including joinging cleats for fixing etc standard anodized aluminum section, complete all as specified and directed Note : (i) Glazing / gauzing shall be measured and paid sapartely . (ii) Items shall be paid as per weight of a section as indoor frame and frame of aluminum partition/ doors/ windows / ventilator/ shutter (iii) The rate quoted shall be inclusive of neoprene beading , aluminium snap beading, glazing clips, cleats, screws, roller and locking arrangement. (iv) Door closer shall be measured and paid separately

Taking down complete aluminum door/window shutter or partitions including frames, of any size and repairing the same by replacing of damaged parts of shutter, jointing new cleats, screws, oiling, greasing and re-fixing back in its original position and making good the disturbed un-serviceable parts and making smooth operation complete all as specified and directed. NOTE : All the replaced new parts will be measured and paid separately under respective items as supply only.

Supply only aluminium anodised snap beading of suitable size and shape as per site requirement as in aluminum frames complete, all as specified.

Material and labour standard GI snap grid framed and suspended with 4mm dia wire including clips etc in patterns as approved by GE, in panels of size 605mm x 605mm (GI snap grid consisting of 1mm thick standard GI sections i.e. channel, angle, tee etc for intermediates, parameters etc) supported with 1mm thick standard GI section, fixed in ceiling with necessary fitting and fixtures as per manufacturers instructions, including dismantling of existing snap grid with ceiling board complete all as specified and directed. Note : Ceiling board shall be measured and paid as supply only.

Supply only 9mm thick perforated particle boards or tiles for insulation and accoustic purposes, 600mm x 600mm in size, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour 5mm thick Prelaminated / printed PVC sheet in strips & channel feathered at the edges for fixing on solid PVC wall lining, insulated PVC wall lining, and solid PVC partitions inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site, fixed in repair complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour PVC sheet fillet 35mm wide, 5mm thick for wall paneling, fixed in repair complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour glazed coloured ceramic tiles in vertical surface 300mm x 450mm x 7mm thick, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile, over and including 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4, including dismantling of old existing tiles complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour non skid, first quality ceramic coloured tiles, 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area or each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile, over and including 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:6 including dismantling of old existing tiles complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour, 10mm thick coloured vitirified tile (Square or Rectangular) polished area of each tile exc 0.42 sqm but not.exc 1.00 sqm in floors properly set over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 and jointing of tiles with a gap of 5mm in between with the help of PVC spacers. The 5mm grooves / gap shall be empty during the laying of tiles. After 24 Hrs PVC spacers shall be removed and gaps / grooves shall be filled with epoxy in a two component epoxy resin based tintable grout (Tint to match the shade of tiles as approved) to make the tiles in same level including dismantling of existing tiles complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing heavy duty tile of size 300mm x 300mm full body straight edge vitrified & 10mm thick (any cloured) premium (1st) quality endura industrial homogeneous vitrified square tiles with over and including 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:6 including properly clean the tiles with the help of a good quality tile cleaner of ardex of spectrum or with a mix of warm water and detergent with the help of scrubber including dismantling of old existing tilescomplete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour 18 to 20mm thick baroda green marble stone slabs, width and length as per site requirement, best quality machine cut and polished to be fixed in floors,cooking plateform, tread, raiser of steps and vertical surfaces etc and jointed with gray cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with marble dust (1:2) with admixture of pigment to match the shade of slab, rubbing, cutting / rounding of edges and corners where required with and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 including dismantling of existing damaged slab complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix concrete interlocking paver block, with grey cement and no pigment, design as approved, any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade, and including laid over 25mm thick sand cushioning, including dismantling of old paver block and removal of debris to a distance n.exc 1.5 Km of any description complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour, roof tiles Manglore pattern red in colour interlocking at side joints bedded and jointed in cement slurry over and including 15mm thick screed in cement mortar (1:4), including dismantling of old tile and removal of debris complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillar etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks of class designation 10 all as per IS-1077-1992 (minimum compressive strength of brick 100 kg / Sqcm) old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 (20 mm graded stone aggs) as in roof padding, roof kerbs rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 20mm thick rendering in Cement and Sand mortar 1:4 over roof slab and sunken portion finished even and fair mixed with water proofing compound, including dimantling of the existing roof slab / suken portion complete all as specified. (NOTE : WPC will be measrued and paid separately)

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for Wire brushing and cleaning top surface , terracing or cement concrete, including flashings and junction of parapets, etc., and surface painting, with a layer of blown bitumen of 85/25 at the rate of 1.2 Kg per Sqm & adjoining vertical surfaces including applying bituminous primer @ 0.40 ltrs per square meter and M & L for APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3 kg/sqm and minimum 3 mm thick reinforced with polyester non woven fabric (weight not less than 150 gms/sqm) laid on primed surface by torch application complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour 40mm thick brick tiles with including 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 jointed grouted and pointed complete mixed with crude oil 5% by weight of cement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating (AZ-70) GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick in any colour and patteren as approved by the GE of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering / cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating (AZ-70) GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick in any colour and patteren as approved by the GE of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering / cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws, complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting chases in brick walls, pinning in, making good to facings where required and pointing in cement mortar (1:3) for concealed pipe etc and making good, cutting not exceeding 10cm girth complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing GI pipe 15mm dia medium grade with all fittings to walls, ceiling or laid under floors including taking down old tubing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing GI 20mm dia medium grade with all fittings to walls, ceiling or laid under floors including taking down old tubing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 1000 litres capacity rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (Cylindrical vertical with closed top) double layered, screwable lid, hoisted and fixed in position, including supply and fix tank nipple, ball valve 20mm PTMT, including dismantling of existing water tanks and removing from site all as specified in SSR Part-I and all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fix 2000 litres capacity rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (Cylindrical vertical with closed top) double layered, screwable lid, hoisted and fixed in position, including supply and fix tank nipple, ball valve 20mm PTMT, including dismantling of existing water tanks and removing from site all as specified in SSR Part-I and all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fix, as in repair, steel window, box type, one shop coat of primer, 1.00mm wall thickness, with glazing bar and openable shutter prepared to recieve sheet glass, complete including cutting holes, four Nos. for each window and making good dismantled portion in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1. including following fittings welded to frame/ shutter:- (a) Hold fast 150mm out of 25x6mm flat iron made to shape- 04 Nos. each window (02Nos. on each side). (b) Handle of 'Z' section 20mmx25mm, 100mm long- 01No. each leaf. (c) MS tower bolt 150mm long- 02 Nos. each leaf. (d) 'Z' section 20mmx25mm, 100mm long stopper 01 No. each leaf. (e) Cleat 55mm long of hollow square section 15mmx15mm of 24 guage wall thickness, welded to hinge of 55mm size 01 No. per leaf. (f) MS box type hinges of 75 mm size- 02Nos. per leaf. (g) Fabrication & fixing complete. Note: Glass panes & painting shall be measured & paid separately under respective item.s. Design shall be approved from Engr-in-Charge as existing at site and all as per Drawing before fabrication and bulk order to the manufacturer.

Supply and fix for framed work such as grills, gratings, etc with ends of bars shouldered and / or riverted or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walk ways, raillings, frame work of water tanks and similar work confirming to Fe-290 grade E-165, fixed as in repair complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing bands, straps, supports or stays for rainwater, ventilating pipes, including bolts, if required; hooks (stay), heavy, for large gates; hook and pintle hinges; chains; hand made sliding bolts; clamps; hold fasts; wall ties; plain angle cleats for securing purlins to wood trusses or rafters; knee piece inserts; two way and three way straps, plate washers and similar small articles confirming to Fe-410-O or Fe-310-O complete all as specified.
