10. Cement concrete 1:4:8 (one cement, four sand and eight aggregate ) using 40mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for All CC items of work excluding centering, shuttering, and cost of reinforcement grill but including curing finishing etc., complete fixtures in CC works wherever necessary as directed by departmental officer etc., complete.

11. Supplying and filling in foundation and basement with Well Gravel in layers of not more than 15cm thick well rammed watered and compacted etc., complete complying with standard specification.

12. Supplying and erecting centering for sides soffits including supports and strutting upto 3.29m high for plain surface such as rectangular column top and bottom slabs of boxing, sill, slabs, sun shade etc., in all floors using mild steel slabs of sizes 90cm x 60cm and BG 10 stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25X25x3mm for boarding laid over country wood joists of size 10cm X 6.5cm spaced at about 90cm C/C and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13cm dia spaced at 75cm C/C etc., complete as directed. Finishing the top of roof with one course of machine pressed tiles of size 200 mm x 200 mm x 20 mm of approved quality in Cement Mortar 1:3 (One part of Cement and Three part of Plastering Sand (P- Sand)), 12 mm thick mixed with water proofing compound conforming to ISS at 2% by weight of cement used and the joints pointed neatly to full depth of tiles with the same cement mortar mixed with red oxide and water proofing compound including curing etc., complete

20. FRP Door Sutter with FRP Door Frames made out of FRP Sheets of 3mm thick of over all size 65mm x 50mm with rebate suitably reinforced using MS Angle / Flats, cost of holdfasts and Solid Core FRP Shutter Panel of 5mm thick and hollow core frames of 3m wall thickness for styles and rails etc., of sizes specified by Engineers

21. Supplying and fixing UPVC (Un-Plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride) Windows & Ventilators of from the profile the size of outer frame 60mm x 58mm and shutter profile size of 60 x 78mm both profiles are reinforced with GI/1mm 125GSM and 100% corrosion free, the profile are multi chambered sections with wall thick of 2mm. The EPDM rubber (black colour) covered with all over the edges of frame and shutter. The corners and joints should be welded and cleaned. Radiations pin headed glass 4mm thick should be provided in the louvers. The window should be fixed to the wallwith 100% packing with screws and silicon packing all round the frames.

22. Supplying and fixing in position of Indian make colour water closet of size in 580mm * 440mm weight glassed earthan ware of approved with P Trap (or) S Trap and foot rest and filling all round the closet using 20mm broken brick jally in 10cm thick and plaster in c.m. 1:3 12 mm thick including fixing in position levelling complete with necesary connection as per standard specification

23. Supplying and fixing in position Cement based hydrualically pressed Anti-Skid tiles (pattern design) 20mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 (One part of Cement and Three part of Plastering Sand (P- Sand)), 20mm thick and pointed with same colour of cement etc., complete as per standard specification

24. Daddoing the walls with first quality colour glazed tiles of 150X150X6 mm laid in cement mortar 1:2 mix to 10mm thick and painting with white cement using 0.40 kg/1m2 including finishing the jointing and painting flush with tiles surface etc., complete - 10 m2
