Make Up Tank Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of PVC., makeup tank of following capacities made of PVC 2 layer sheet complete with 50 mm Mikron insulation finished 24 gauge Al cladding complete with vent, drain connections , float valve, quick fill connection, manhole cover etc as specified.

Expansion Tank Supply ,Installion, Testing & Commissioning of pressurized cold water/ hot water expansion tank with air separator with SS braided pipe flexible connector suitable for total volume of water in cold water circuits along with necessary accessories such as centrifugal air separator, pumps etc. in order to keep cold water system under (+) pressure & to prevent entrapment of air in the system. The tank shall be precharged steel expansion tank with replaceable heavy duty butyl rubber bladder. The tank shall have 50mm system connection & 20mm drain & charging valve connection to facilitate the on site charging of the tank to meet system requirement. The tank shall be fitted with lifting rings & a floor mounting skirt for vertical installation. The tank & air separator must be constructed in accordance with section VIII of the ASME Boiler & Pressure Vessel (Unfired) code & Stamped 125 PSI working pressure. The complete system shall be sourced from single manufacturer & supplied & installed with all accessories & safety fixtures required for proper functioning of the complete hydronic system. The Capacity of tank shall be 500 litres Approx (for chilled water system).Contractor need to quote as per actual requirement with calculation backup duly approved from EIC.

Providing and fixing of false ceiling of powder coated of aluminium composite panel of 4 mm thick sheets by way of suspending 25 mm wide rectangular AI. /G.I. channel of appropriate thickness from the true ceiling to form grid of 2’x2’size (False ceiling void of 3 feet or as per site requirement) followed by connecting of grid network by means of AI./G.I/ channels to act as a frame in which ACP sheets can be fitted & also should accommodate air diffusers, lighting fixtures as per the site requirement.
