Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiles including cement mortar bedding, but not backing, removing serviceable tiles and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11sqm but n exceeding 0.18 Sqm in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:4 finished fair and even for laying floor finishes/ tiles etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles 300mm x 450mm x 7 mm thick / 350mm x 450mm x 7mm thick, on vertical surface such as skirtings/ dados, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match over and including 10mm thick backing coat in CM 1:3 finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or stone walls, etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and directed .

M & L for PCC 1:2:4, Type B0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) 25 mm thick as in sunken floor using liquid integral WPC @ 200 ML/50Kg of cement (WPC shall be measured and paid separately.) complete all as specified and directed

M&L Rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortor 1:4 finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only liquid integral water proofing admixture of make pidilite or its equivalent complete all as directed.

Demolition of unreinforced cement concrete in floors and pavings n. exc 15 cm thickness below or above ground level, complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 40mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 by using 20mm graded stone aggregate, as in padding, coping etc., laid to proper slope and gradient, using with water proofing liquid compound as per manufacturer instructions, finished even and fair without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Water proofing liquid compound shall be measured and paid separately under respective items.

Material & labour for provision of water proofing treatment by using APP torch on miniral/slate finished membrrance over roof and vertical surfaces including preparation of surfaces and applying oil based bituminous primer coat @ 0.30 ltr per sq m on clean and dry surface and then providing APP membrane having non woven. polyster film reinforcement with 3 mm thick and weight not less than 3 .00 kg/sq m and finished on top with mineral/slate finished torch on system laid with 100 mm & 150 mm over lap on side & end laps resepectely complete all as per manufacturers compound complete

M&L for Grouting in RCC wall/floor/roof through PVC nipples at a spacing of 45 to 60cm C/C including drilling injection points to a depth of 75-100mm, providing 10mm dia PVC nipples and pressure grouting using with and including cement mixed with plasticizing admixture like FOSROC(model CEBEX100) or PIDILTE (model 207 PIDICRET 8AM) @ 225gms/50kg of cement to fill up all capilaries/voids/honeycombing, nozzles to be sealed with the sealing with prssure of 2 to 4 Kg/sqcm and continued till refusal. After instructions complete all as specified and directed.Note-After ascertaining the location of leakage/seepage/dampness under relevant item shall be opereted of the required location.

M&L for 10 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:3 mixed with water proofing compound on concrete roof surface finished fair and even to maintain the proper slope of roof surface etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone-work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for brick work with fly ash bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 mtr mean radius built in CM 1:6(Using old size brick) complete all as specified and directed.

S & F prepainted 0.50 mm thick gavalume aluminium zinc coating AZ-150 GI based plain steel coloured Sheet in profile pattern having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof serrated ridge fixed with self tapping screws at every 30CM complete all as specified manufacturer instruction and as directed.

M&L rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on walls, surface finished even & smooth without using extra cement etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 15 mm thick rendering in two layers (first coat 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 and second 5mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on external surfaces of walls & top surfaces of chajja/roof/ceiling mixed with and including liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturers' instn surface finished fair and even complete all as specified. (Note - Liquid water proofing compound shall be measrued and fixed separately)

M&L for 100 mm thick cement concrete Type D-2, 1:4:8 (40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.
