Providing and Fixing factory made PVC door frame made of PVC extruded sections of size 75 mm x 53 mm, having wall thickness 2.0 mm (± 0.2 mm). Both verticalssides of the frame reinforced with PVC profile of cross section size 28 mm x 30 mm x 2 mm thickness (± 0.2 mm) and 75 mm x 200 mm long, including reinforcing both ends of the top frame with PVC profile. 35 mm thick factory made Solid panel PVC Door shutter, made out of single piece extruded soild PVC profiles, 5 mm (± 0.2 mm) thick, having styles & rails (except lock rail) of size 95 mmx 35 mm x 5 mm, out of which 75 mm shall be flat and 20 mm shall be tapered (on both side), having one side thickness of 15 mm integrally extruded on the hinge side of the profile for better screw holding power, including reinforcing with MS tube of size 40 mm X 20 mm x 1 mm, joints of styles & rails to be mitered cut & joint with the help of PVC solvent cement, self driven self tapping screws & M.S. rectangular pipes bracket of size 190 mm X 100 mm of cross section size 35 mm x 17 mm x 1 mm at each corner. Single piece extruded 5 mm thick solid PVC Lock rail of size 115 mm x 35 mm, out of which 75 mm to be flat and 20 mm to be tapered at both ends, having 15 mm solid core in middle of rail section integrally extruded, fixing the styles & rails with the help of solvent and self driven self tapping screws of 125 mm x 11 mm, including providing 5 mm Single piece solid PVC extruded sheet inserted in the door as panel, all complete as per manufacturer's specification and direction of Engineer?in-charge. Non decorative finish (matt finish)

Providing and laying water proofing treatment in sunken portion of WCs, bathroom etc., by applying cement slurry mixed with water proofing cement compound consisting of applying : (a) First layer of slurry of cement @ 0.488 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.253 kg/ sqm. This layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours. (b) Second layer of slurry of cement @ 0.242 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.126 kg/sqm. This layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours followed with water curing for 48 hours. (The rate includes preparation of surface, treatment and sealing of all joints, corners, junctions of pipes and masonry with polymer mixed slurry.)

Water proofing for Old and New Roof Slab :- Providing and laying water proofing treatment on roof slab by applying two Component, factory designed ready to use, acrylic modified flexible material applied with brush, roller or spray for water proofing coating as per manufacturer specifications with following steps :-

(a) Surface preparation :-Providing and cleaning of concrete surface to remove dust, oil, grease including removal of existing loose paint / coating, and cement laitance by cleaning with compressed air & water jel including all materials, labour, tools complete. Ponding test to be done after plugging all outlets and to be checked from soffit to identify seepage, leakage. On identification of seepage, cement grouting to be done with non shrink expanding admixture of Sika lndia Pvt.Ltd. / MYK Schomberg / Dr Fixit/Fosroc or equivalent. Providing and reparing of all corners and joints such as those between the parapet wall and the roof slab etc shall be chamfered with '150mm X '150 mm fillet of mortar (Cement: sand - 1:4) admixed with acrylic polymer of Sika/ Fosroc/MYK Schomberg/Dr Fixit or equivalent. Before chamfering a prime coat shall be given with the slurry of acrylic polymer Repairing surface irregularities, damaged concretein base slab, dead cracks if any, with an acrylic polymer modilied repair mortar including a coat of bonding agent of the same with cement slurry including all material, labour, tools complete.

(b)1st Coat :- Apply 1st coat of two component acrylic modified, ready to use, flexible cementitious material on surface saturated dry roof and inside wall of Parapet wall upto 600 mm by brush or roller. After 1st coat of application ,45 gsm oI Fibre glass cloth to lay when the first layer is still green. 1st coat should be applied @1.50 kg/Sqmt/coat. For the purpose of measurement the entire treated surface will be measured."

(c) 2nd Coat :- To apply the 2nd coat of two component acrylic modified, ready to-use, flexible cementitious material right angle to the 1st coat over the glass fibre laid surface. 2nd coat should be applied @0.7 kg/ Sqmt/coat. For the purpose of measurement the entire treated surface will be measured." After three days of drying the 2nd coat , the rain water outlets to be plugged and ponding test to be done for 48 hours to identify seepage, leakage from soffit and if found necessary rectification to be done as per satisfaction of E/C. The waterproof coating to be protected from damage before screed over it. Waterproofing Brand: Sika Topseal 109hi / Fosroc Brushbond RFX/ Dr Fixit Pidiffin 2K/MYK Aquafin TG Product Performance - Chemical Base Part A. Acrylic copolymer, Part B Specially graded cementitious powder - Density 1.6 kg/l (mixed density) at +27°C Tensile Strength - 2 N/mm2 after 28 days (with Fibre cloth) (According to ASTM D 2370) Pullout Bond Strength-2 N/mm2 (concrete failure) (According to ISO 4624) Slant-Shear Bond Strength ~4N/mm2 (According to FIP 5.15) Elongation at Break ~35% without Fibre Cloth and 20% with Fibre Cloth (According to ASTM D 2370)

(d) Protection of treated surface with PCC :- The treated surface should be covered with 25mm/50mm PCC of M-20 grade(1:1.5:3) with proper slope (1:120) towards tlre rain outlets in alternate panels of 2 mlx2ml keeping 6mm gap between the panel joint. lntegral water proofing admixture conforming to lS 2645 @ of 100 ml per bag of cement to be added in the screed concrete (paid separately for this ltems).-All corners shall be chamfered vrith 150mm X 150 mm fillet. 7. G.S.R. outlets shall be with bell mouth of approved pattem in bottom slab and cost of designing bell mouth is included in the rate. Sump well includes cost of suction pit required at bottom. 8. For pipe diameters upto 300mm only Clpipes and Cl specials shall be used.
