Job charges for repair to 20000 GPH x 21-29 meter head mono submersible pumps-2nos. for WSS Malhar and WSS Fungtial Installed at Jib Dugwell by way of extraction of damaged mono submersible pump and dismantling the same at workshop, extraction of mono submersible pumps-2nos. from dug well by extracting MS pipes one by one manually by using chain pulley block. Carriage of mono submersible pumps-2nos, to the workshop and then dismantling and extraction of the damaged parts from both the pumps and providing and fitting of new parts of both pumps i.e. thrust pad-2nos (one no. each), cast iron impeller-1no.(one no. each), chuck nut-1no, dish pad-1no., repair to rotor shaft and fabrication and fitting of stainless steel shaft sleeves-2nos. at NDE and DE, complete rewinding of motor of both the pumps, replacement of tie rods-4nos., and studs of suction / delivery pump sets. Assembling of complete pumping units. Carriage / transportation of pumps to the pumping station and then lowering in the Dugwell and in the open well by lowering the pipes one by one manually by using chain pulley block. Testing the pump sets on full load. Complete job includes cost of material, to and fro shifting, loading / unloading / transportation and labour charges.
