Procurement will be made from OEM or from their authorized dealer only. Authorized dealer must upload valid tender specific authorization along with offer. Clause No.- 16.5 of Eastern Railway general tender condition is applicable.

In terms of DPIIT/Ministry of Commerce and Industries order no. P- 45021/2/2017 PP (BE II) dated 16.09.2020 which is circulated vide Rly Board letter no 2020/RS(G)/779/2/Pt. 1 dated 25.09.2020 and Keeping in view with the public procurement (Preference to Make in India) order 2017 as amended time to time, only class 1 and class 2 local suppliers are eligible to participate in this tender. For detail Clause no 28.0 of Eastern Rly General Tender Condition to be referred.

The bidder agrees to supply the tendered stores at the rates quoted by him in accordance with the IRS Conditions of Contract and (or) special Conditions and (or) other Conditions specified/attached with the tender.

The bidder should go through the Tender Documents consisting of Instructions to Tenders, General Tender Conditions and Special Conditions of Tender, and agree and confirm to abide by the Instructions to Tenders, General Tender Conditions, IRS Conditions of Contract and Special Conditions of Tender.

Guarantee/Warranty as per specification and In case specification does not contain guarantee/warranty clause then the same should be offered as per IRS Conditions of Contract.

Purchaser reserves the right to deface /cut/ damage the rejected stores before the same are returned to supplier to avoid recycling into the railway system. 5. 1. Delivery of material will be to Sr. Section Engineer, BMF/BGB, E.Rly with free of delivery charges at Bogie Manufacturing Factory, Eastern Railway, 88/1 Adhar Das Road. P.O- Budge Budge, Pin-700137, West Bengal. 2. Delivery Schedule: Supplier to deliver the material on or before 30 days after issuing the PO 3. Packing: OEM packing. 4. Test certificate should be submitted along with each delivery of material. 5. GC/WC, as per IRS terms, to be submitted along with supply of the material. 6. Self life of the product should be minimum 06 months from the date of supply. 7. Purchaser reserves the right to deface/cut/damage the rejected stores before the same are returned to supplier to avoid recycling into the railway system. 8.
