Providing and fixing aluminium sliding door bolts ISI marked anodized (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade with nuts and screws etc. complete :

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 gram/ litre, of approved brand and of required shade and colour complete to give and even shade.

Old work (one or more coats)

Applying priming coats with primer of approved brand and manufacture, having low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content.

With water thinnable cement primer on wall surface having VOC content less than 50 grams/litre.

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade :

One or more coats on old work.

French spirit polishing :

One or more coats on old work.

Dismantling of aluminium partitions, doors, windows, including dismembering , proper numbering, stacking and placing all the serviceable material at the designated location at site of work and disposal off unserviceable material all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (Area of partition being dismantled shall be measured for payment)

Making and fixing of aluminum partitions in position including sorting available material of aluminum sections, particle boards, and snap on beading as per the approved drawing including fixing with rawl plugs, screws etc and filling of gaps if any at junctions with wall with sealant wherever required all complete as per the specifications and as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge. Necessary screws, clamps, rawl plugs shall be arranged for fixing partitions . The available aluminium sections, boards, and snap on beading will be supplied by the department at no cost. Area of erected partition having board only shall be measured for payment.

Re-aligning the existing false flooring tiles along with frame work including pedestals, locking of stringer, tightening of check nuts for level adjustment, fixing of base plate with screws for proper placement with available tiles to required height etc., complete as per directions of Engineer in charge.( Rate includes cost of screws, nuts, clamps etc and nothing extra will be paid on any account )

Cleaning of glasses in aluminium partitions in conference hall, exploitation room etc at 7th floor of Telephone Bhavan, Saifabad, Hyderabad etc complete as per directions of Engineer in charge.
