(Make: Bluestar Model No: BS-5CNHW18PAFU or Voltas model No: 185 VSZSJ or equivalent approved make).

Supply of 2.0 TR, 5 star rated inverter type split air conditioners fitted with rotary compressor operating on refrigerant R-32 having copper /MCHX condensor suitable for wall mounting with cordless remote suitable for operation on 240V, 50Hz, single phase A.C. supply capable of performing standard function. (Make: Bluestar Model No: IC524DATU or Voltas Model No: 245 VZZV or equivalent approved make).

Supply of minimum 3.0 TR tower type air conditioners fitted with scroll type compressor operating on refrigerant R-22/Non CFC suitable for floor standing with cordless remote suitable for operation on 415V, 50Hz, three phase A.C. supply capable of performing standard function. (Make: Bluestar Model No :VCA36GAMUS3 or Voltas Model : 3.0 TR Venture Slimline or equivalent approved make).

Installation, testing and commissioning of split type air conditioner complete with mounting the indoor & outdoor units as per site requirement, making necessary copper refrigerant piping connections, one time gas charging of the unit etc. as required.

Supply and fixing of suitable size copper refrigerant piping with expanded polythene foam insulation tubing covering for A/C units. (Measurement of 1 r.mtr. will include both supply & return Cu. Piping with insulation) Remarks: This item will be measured in excess of standard copper refrigerant piping supplied alongwith unit.

Supply and fixing of PVC drain pipe 1" with 9 mm thick nitrile rubber insulation from the respective units, clamping on different surfaces, sealing the joints including making of openings as per site condition.

Supply and fixing on wall surface 1.1 KV PVC insulated and FR PVC sheathed 4C X 2.5 sqmm copper conductor (flexible) cable conforming to IS : 694 for making connection from indoor units to outdoor units. Remark: This item will be measured in excess of standard electrical control cable supplied alongwith unit.

S/I/T/C of storage water cooler with nominal cooling capacity of 60 litres/hr & minimum storage capacity of 120 litres with 2 No's faucets, operating on reciprocating/ hermetic type compressor with temperature control thermostat and R-134a/ R-22 refrigerant suitable for operation on 230 V 50 Hz A.C supply complete as required. (Make : Voltas or Blue star or any other approved make).

S/I/T/C of inline UV water purifier along with pre filter & water level sensor, with minimum flow rate of 60 LPH non storage wall mounting type suitable to purify all quality water etc.of Aqua guard make (Model -Aqua Guard Classic). (Job includes providing & fixing necessary fittings etc for interconnection of purifier in existing water coolers).
