Cleaning of blocked Manhole n.exc 1.5 mtr deep and removing all silt, residue sludge both organic and inorganic nature including any type of foreign material and removing waste material/ sludge etc to a distance n.exc 50 mtr including digging, burrying in ground complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :(i) Work shall be done in foul conditions, necessary precautionary measures/ equipments to be adopted by the contractor. (ii) The solid or semi solid sludge shall be burried in pits and fully covered with a layer of lime powder and earth. (iii) Rates quoted by the contractor shall be deemed to have considered all such contingencies including removal and refixing man hole covers. (iv) Any damage caused during cleaning shall be made good by the contractor to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge without any extra cost to Govt.

All as per item No 01 herein before, but depth of man hole exc 1.5 mtr but n. Exc 3.00 mtr completed all specified and directed by Engr-in -Charge.

Cleaning, desludging and Dewatering of existing septic tanks of any capacity (10 users to 500 users) including inlet and outlet chambers and soakage well, taking out sludge water by mechanical pump and equipment, filling in closed tank attached with tractor or truck etc and removing the same outside form population as identified by MC committee of Udhampur are complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :(i) Work shall be done in foul conditions, necessary precautionary measures/ equipments to be adopted by the contractor. (ii) Measurement of item shall be taken as effected measurement of septic tank which is occupied by the volume of sludge/water. (iii) Rates quoted by the contractor shall be deemed to have considered all such contingencies including removal and re-fixing man hole covers. (iv) Any damage caused during cleaning shall be made good by the contractor to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge without any extra cost to Govt

Systematically Cleaning of blockage of WC Indian, Orrisa pattern or European type and bathroom/ kitchen including cleaning of Nahani traps/ gully traps/ floor by removing of all the mud/ sludge and getting out including cleaning of SGSW or CI pipe upto 1st manhole and depositing the sludge in a pit of suitable size at a distance not exceeding 50 metres from the gully trap and covering the same with the soil obtained from excavation of pit including all excavations and earth work complete and ensuring high standard of hygiene and sanitation complete alongwith necessary cleaning alongwith rods, pumps Bamboos if necessary, chemicals as required and all other required tools all as specified and day to day directed by Engr-in-Charge. The quoted rate includes for keeping particular BLOCK under taken once for cleaning, functional for full contract period.) Note :(i) The contractor should provide 04 people (02 sewage cleaning people & 02 helpers) and his authorised representative shall collect the complaints of all blockage form complaint cell/ Engr-in-Charge daily ad all complaints will be rectified by the contractor with in same day and return the complaint slip after completion of complaint and get receipt from concerned JE/Engr-in-Charge. If he fails to complete the work with in same day then recovery will be made @300.00 per complaint per day. (ii) Work shall be done in foul conditions, necessary precautionary measures/ equipments to be adopted by the contractor. Excavation in trenches, exc 1.5 mtr in depth for foundation or for shafts, wells, casspits, manholes, pier holes etc, exc 10 Sqm on plan and n.exc 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out in any type of soil, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches, n. Exc 1.5 mtr wide and exc 1.5 mtr in depth but n. exc 3.00 mtr in depth, for foundation , laying of pipes and cable etc or for shafts, wells, casspits, manholes, pier holes etc, n.exc 10 Sqm on plan and n.exc 1.5 mtr in depth but n.exc 3.00 mtr in depth and getting out in any type of soil, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n. exc 25 cm, in any type of soil, complete all as per specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Removing excavated material (soil) to a distance not exceeding 50m and deposited where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50m from the starting point, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling of cast iron drain pipes, jointed in cement mortar and taking out of trenches (if required), of 75/100mm dia pipes, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition and breaking up of drain pipe of 150mm to 300 mm dia Salt glazed ware, AC or reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Concrete bed to drain pipes of bore 150mm including packing under, and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested in cement concreted 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate including necessary shuttering and supports, complete all as specified and as directed Engr-in-Charge. Note :- (i) Thickness of bed below barrel of pipe-10cm. (ii) Width of bed :- outer dia of pipe plus 30 cm.
