OUTSOURCING OF SERVICES FOR OPERATION OF MRSS, ELECTRIC SUB STATION, DG SETS, 33 KV LINE/11 KV LINE PATROLLING AT NAGTALAO UNDER AGE (I) NAGTALAO

(a) Manning and operation of the Main receiving Sub Station (MRSS) of 33 KV incoming and 11 KV out going with following installation round the clock i.e in three Shifts (i.e. 06:00 to 1400 Hrs , 14:00 to 22:00 Hrs, 22:00 to 06:00 Hrs) by employing a team of one electrician and one helper for each sihift including security/cleaning of pannel /machinery/ installatioin etc. and smooth running at installation all as directed at AGE(I) Nagtalao for the following machinary installed at MRSS:- (a) 33 KVA Main HT (SF6) Breaker Switch board - 01 No (b) 11 KV main HT (vaccum circuit Breaker) switch board - 01 No (c) 11 KV HT (vaccum circuit Breaker) Switch board for housing - 01 No (d) Transformer 3000 KVA 33KV/11KV - 01 No(e) Transformer 1600 KVA 33KV/11KV- 02 Nos (f) Transformer 630 KVA -01 No (g) Transformer 250 KVA- 02 No NOTE:-(a) Complete Plant in working condition shall be handed over to the contractor at the time of commencement of work and contractor has to return the same in working condition after completion of the contract period. (ii) Contractor will clean & maintain all the installations and structures to maintain the hygienic condition inside the installations and its premises.(iii) The following staff shall be deputed by the contractor in each shift on all days of week for a period of 11 months. (iv) Material as required for operation shall be measured & paid in respective items. (v) Maintaining the records such as log sheet, log book, Earth testing register or Panel boards, transformers, Payment of all employed staff and other installtion incl removing of grass, bushes & trimming of trees, cleaning of installation premises and installation as directed by Engineer-in-Charge, records shall be submitted in AGE E/M Office at the time of RAR's. (b) Manning and operation of DG Sets consisting of different capacities of following one or more DG Sets at a time as required, as and when the Rajasthan State electricity board/JVVNL supply cut off to feed the station by employing above mentioned staff for each shift of 8 hrs and to be continued round the clock i.e ( 22:00 to 0600 Hrs , 06:00 to 14:00 Hrs,14:00 to 22:00 Hrs )three shifts of 8 hrs wihout break including carrying of 'A' check as specified in PS clause tender documents (a) DG Set No-1 of 1010 KVA, with Neutral Isolation Panel DG -I (b) DG Set No-2 of 1010 KVA, with Neutral Isolation Panel DG -II (c) DG Set No 3 of 1010 KVA, with Neutral Isolation Panel DG -III (d) DG Set No 4 of 500KVA, (e) Panel for 500 KVA-01. (f) Synchronization panel of DG Sets -01 No (g) Mono block pump Sets-04 Nos (h) 100 TR FRP cooling towers- 3 Nos. (j) Main LT Panel. (k) Scientific load panel -01 Set (l) Battery Charger system. (m) Feeder Pillar. (n) DG lead acid battery bank (5 Sets) (o) Trick boost Charging set. (p) DG set pumps & cooler tower panel. (q) Panel DG. (r) Excitor panel. (s) Mainting the records such as log sheet, log book, Earth testing register or Panel boards,D G Set, Payment of all employed staff and other installtion incl removing of grass, bushes & trimming of trees, cleaning of installation premises and installation as directed by Engineer-in-Charge, records shall be submitted in AGE E/M Office at the time of RAR's NOTE:- (i) Maintaining the records such as Log sheet, Log book, Earth testing register of DG panel boards, DG sets, and other installations as directed by the Engr-in-charge. (ii) Each shift of 08 hours for three shifts (i.e. 06:00 to 1400 Hrs , 14:00 to 22:00 Hrs,22:00 to 06:00 Hrs) round the clock. (iii) Diesel required to run the DG sets will be issued by department as free of cost under Sch'B'.

Manning and Operation of Central type air cooling installation and Sub Stations No 1,2,3 &4 with tapping of 11 KV HT line ,VCB's,LT panel,Transformer of 800 KVA each listed as under in all the substations. The above installations are to be manned and operated regularly round the clock by employing the following staff for proper running of the installation alongwith removing of grass, bushes & trimming of trees, cleaning of the installation , cleaning of premises and security of complete installation (i) 800 KVA Transformer with LT Panel VCB 11KV HT in Sub Station I : 01 No (ii) 800 KVA Transformer with LT Panel VCB 11KV HT in Sub station II : 01 No (iii) 800 KVA Transformer with LT Panel VCB 11KV HT in Sub Station III :01No (iv) 800 KVA Transformer with LT Panel VCB 11KV HT in Sub Station iv :01No (a) Electrician -01 No in each shift of 08 hrs each for one shifts (i.e. 10:00 to 18:00 Hrs).

Manning and Operation of 200 KVA DG set located at Sub Station No 2.(a) FGM -01 No each shift of 08 hrs each for one shift (i.e. 10:00 to 18:00 Hrs). Note: Diesel required to run the DG sets will be issued by department at free of cost under Sch'B'.
