Earth work in excavation in foundation in all kinds of soil including hard moorum, stoney earth mixed with boulders with all leads and lifts including dressing and levelling the bed and depositing the excavated earth at places away from work site with all leads and lifts including cost, cess of all labour and T & P and dewatering if required for the work etc. complete and as directed by the EIC.

Supplying, filling in foundation & plinth with sand in 23.5 cm. thick layers including watering and ramming with the cost conveyance royalties, taxes of the materials, cess and labour with T & P required for the work etc. complete (Measurement will be taken on finished compacted section only.)

Cement concrete of proportion (1:3:6) in foundation and floors using 4 cm size clean hard black broken granite stone metal of approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering and laying concrete in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick to the required level ramming, watering and curing etc. complete including cost, cess and conveyance of all materials with all taxes and royalties and all labour with T & P required for the work etc. complete.

Fly Ash brick Masonary work in cement mortar (1:6) after immersing brick for six hours in water before use in foundation with good quality of C.B brick of 23cm x 11cm x 8cm size having crushing strength not less than35Kg. Per Cm2 Including splays cutting, circular moulding and similar such type of work with necessary projections chamfering curbelling including watering and curing etc. complete including cost, conveyance, royality, taxes, cess of all materials and all labour T&P required for the work complete as per specification and direction of the EIC In Foundation

Fly Ash brick Masonary work in cement mortar (1:6) after immersing brick for six hours in water before use in foundation with good quality of C.B brick of 23cm x 11cm x 8cm size having crushing strength not less than35Kg. Per Cm2 Including splays cutting, circular moulding and similar such type of work with necessary projections chamfering curbelling including watering and curing etc. complete including cost, conveyance, royality, taxes, cess of all materials and all labour T&P required for the work complete as per specification and direction of the EIC In Sub-structure

12mm thick cement plaster (1:6) finished smooth to inside smooth surface of brick walls after raking out the joints including watering and curing with the cost and conveyance of all materials, Royalty, cess and labour with T&P required for the work as directed by the EIC.

16mm thick cement plaster (1:6) finished smooth to inside smooth surface of brick walls after raking out the joints including watering and curing with the cost and conveyance of all materials, Royalty, cess and labour with T&P required for the work as directed by the EIC.

Supplying, fitting & fixing of M.S. wondow grils and MS gates as per aprroved design for door / window including all cess, cost of materials as per direction of the EIC.

Finishing wall with two coats of weather coat approved shade on new work two coats, over a coat of priming, to give an even shade with cost, conveyance, taxes of all the materials required for the work and labour, T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the EIC.

Painting two-coats with any approved enamel paint over one coat primer including all cost, conveyance,tax, cess of all materials, labour, T&P etc., required for the work as per direction of the EIC.
