SH:- Construction of Transit quarter

Earthwork in excavation by mechanical means ( Hydraulic Excavator)/ manual means in foundation trenches or drains ( not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan ) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms lift upto 1.5 m including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed within a lead of 50 m. All kinds of soil.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth sides of foundation etc. in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth consolidating each deposited layer cum by ramming and watering lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m

Supplying and filling in plinth with sandy soil under floors including, watering ,ramming consolidating and dressing complete.

Providing and laying in position cement concreteof specified grade excluding the cost of centering & shuttering. All works upto plinth level. a) 1 : 4 : 8 (1 Cement: 4 coarse sand: 8 graded stone aggregate: 40 mm nominal size).

Reinforcement for R.C.C. work i/c.straightening, cutting, bending, binding ,placing in position and binding all complete in TMT bars.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete work excluding cost of centering, shuttering and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level: 1:1.5:3 (1 cement: 1.5 coarse sand:3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. up to floor five level excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 3.2.2 1:1.5:3 ( 1 cem : 1.5 c/sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nom size )

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15o landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases up to floor five level excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, with 3.3.1 in 1:1.5:3 ( 1 cem : 1.5 c/sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size ).

FORM WORK

Centering & shuttering including strutting & propping etc. & removal of form for:

(a) Foundation, footings, bases of columns etc. for mass concrete.

B) Lintels ,beams,plinth beams ,girders, bressumers and cantilevers

C) Columns ,Pillars,Piers,Abutments, Posts and Struts.

(d) Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platform

(e) Edges of slab and breaks in floors and walls (i) under 20 cm wide

f) Stairs,(excluding Landings) except spiral staircase

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand:4 stone aggregate 20 mm & down gauge) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete. 40 mm thick with 20 mm nominal size stone aggregate.

BRICK WORKS

Brick work with 1st class common burnt clay F.P.S (non modular) bricks in foundation and plinth in: Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand)

Half brick masonary with 1st class common burnt clay F.P.S (non modular) bricks in superstructure above plinth level upto V level in a) Cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 4 c/sand)

WOOD WORK

Providing wood works in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows & other frames, wrought framed & fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fastener of required dia and length (hold fast lugs or dash fastener shall be paid for seperately: Local best quality Uningthou wood

(a) Local best quality Tolhao

Providing & fixing M.S. grills of required pattern in frames of windows, etc. with MS flats ,square or round bars, etc. including priming coat with approved steel primer all complete.

Providing and fixing panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows including ISI marked M.S butt hinges bright finished of required size with necessary screws, excluding panelling which will be paid for seperately, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

FINISHING WORK

12 mm cement plaster of mix 1 : 4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption's less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622 of approved make in all colours and shades, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) including grouting the jointts with white cement and matching pigments etc. complete. Size of Tile 600 x 600 mm.

Providing and laying vitrified tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption's less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622 of approved make in all colours and shades, in skirting, riser of steps over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) jointing with grey cement slurry @3.3 kg/sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. complete. Size of Tile 600 x 600 mm.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1mm of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface-Water thinnable cement primer

Finishing walls with Deluxe Multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using Primer as per manufactures specifications: Two or more coats applied @1.25 ltr/10 sqm over and including one coat of Special primer applied @0.75 ltr/10 sqm.

Wall painting with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade. Two or more coats on new work.

Painting with oil type wood preservative of approved brand and manufacture:- New Work (Two or more coats)

Varnishing with varnish of approved brand and manufacture: Two or more coats of glue sizing with copal varnish over an under coat of flatting varnish

15 mm cement plaster 1 : 3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) finished with a floating coat of neat cement on the roughside of single or half brick wall.

Providing 40 x 5 mm flat iron hold fast 40 cm long i/c fixing to frames with 10 mm dia bolts nuts & wooden plugs & embedding to cement concrete block 30 x 10 x 15 cm 1:3:6 (1 cement:3 coarse sand:6 stone aggregate 20 mm nominal gauge).

Providing and fixing aluminium sliding door bolts ISI marked anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS:1868) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade with nuts and screws etc. complete.b) 250 x 16 mm.

SH: Construction of Approach road and Land development.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means over areas (exceeding 30cm in depth. 1.5m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth, lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.5m, as directed by the Engineer-in- Charge. 2.6.1. All kinds of soil

Providing, laying and compacting Granular Base/Sub base with naturally occuring Sand Gravel Material free from organic ore other deleterious constiuent spreading with motor grader and compacted by rolling with power roller of 8-10 capacity in layers not exceeding 150 mm (spread thickness).

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled steel/ vibratory roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/ binding Materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0. 70 kg/sqm using mechanical means.
