CLEANING AND MAINT OF SEWAGE LINES,MANHOLES,SEPTIC TANK,SOAKAGE WELLS AND CERTAIN B/R WORKS AT 156 TA AND 3/8 GR KERI UNDER AGE(I) CIF(R).

Cleaning and clearing of underground sewage line (including manholes by taking off manhole covers and re-fixing the same after cleaning) of any description, underground and depth by removing and type of blockage including de-siting and de-chocking manually by providing rodding and flushing after cleaning including cleaning of manholes and as derected by Engineer-in-Charge, from the following size/ bore of sewage lines:-

Upto 150 mm bore pipe

Execeeding 150 mm bore but not exceeding 200 mm bore pipe

Dewatering/ Desludging of sewage waste in septic tanks and manholes any size and cleaning by taking out solid content/ sludge from septic tank and manholes of any depth using mechanical means i.e. mechanical sucker with pump set to remove mud/ sludge/ muck/ human excreta in foul conditions and confined places, getting out and removing, where directed complete all as specified and directed.

The waste shall be removed through mechanically operated sewage sucker only

The sewage sucker shall be made available by contractor during office hours whenever called for. Recovery @ Rs 2000/day shall be effected for delay in removing mud/ sludge etc.

Material and labour for cleaning of blockage manually by rodding, pumping, etc and removing the deposited sludge/ solid/ liquid material, outside MD land, complete all as directed from the following:-

Water Closet (Indian or European), trap & CI pipe line upto first manhole

Floor/ Nahni trap of Kitchen/ Bathroom upto gully trap (excluding gully trap)

Gully trap upto first manhole
