Providing, fitting, installation ,testing and commissioning of 15 HP motor driven end suction/split casing pumps of the following specifications for water recirculation in Central AC Plant (a) Motor:- i. Capacity :- 15HP ii.Voltage :- 415 v+- 3 %, iii.Phase :- 3 phase, 50 Hz iv. Speed :- 1450 RMP vii.Enclosure :- TEFC ( Make Kirlosker/Alstom/KEC/Compton/ABB) (b). Pump i. Sealing Gland packed The job includes providing and fitting of appropriate cabling from panel to the motor and starters as per site requirements and all charges on account of fixing of base frames of new pumping sets as per site requirements which may include fixing of foundation bolts and modifications to the concrete block where ever required. The job shall also include providing and fitting of gaskets, nuts and bolts as per site requirement at pump house.

Providing and fitting of reducer of assorted sizes

Dismounting and Dismantling of old worn out hot water circulation pumps by way of disconnecting the same from electric supply and dismantling of the suction and delivery manifold along with base frame using skilled labours by using gas cutter, tools and tackles whatever required for the job. The job shall also include stocking the dismantled pumping units along with induction motors at the pump house using labours.

Providing and fitting of contactor assembly for 100 HP starter with all accessories as per sample . Make SIEMENS ( MODEL NO 3RT 1044-1A)

Opening of the condenser, evaporator, panel etc of the chiller plant by employing skilled manpower and chain pulley block. The job then involves thoroughly removing and cleaning/washing scales, dirt deposit s by using wire brush, scrapers and blower. The inside of the coil will be cleaned by circulating through it a solution of de-scaling compound, sulphamic acid powder of reputed Make (approx . 25 Kg) and water continuously for 24 hr with the help of pump while maintaining a PH of 1-2. The solution is to be circulated from a tank/barrel/trays. All consumable items viz. Brushes, detergent, diesel/kerosene oil, dhoti cloth required shall be arranged by the contractor. The job also involves dismantling/cleaning of the points in starter, tighting wiring and junctions, contactor assembly etc. All other accessories of the chiller plant shall also be opened and cleaned similarly as per directions of site Engineer. The components shall be again reassembled, tested and commissioned after overhauling. The job includes replacement of all seals, gaskets, asbestos rope. Asbestos felt, asbestos sheet, defective nuts, bolts etc. as shall be required .The tools and tackles required for the job and any other consumables shall be provided by the contractor.

Providing and filling refrigeration gas R-22 .The job includes filling,handling,transporation by using skilled labour .All tools, tackles, safety items are to be arranged by the firm

Providing technical maintenance services to central Air conditioning plant (Chiller Plant located in SKIMS round the clock (24 Hours) and for the full 04 months. The firm shall provided Preventive Maintenance schedule for approval of the department. The same shall be got printed on two (02) nos of flex board of size 3ftx4ft to be displayed at specified locations as identified by Executive Engineer/ AEE concerned. However any item not mentioned in the NIT shall be deemed to have been included for achieving the best performance .The other terms and conditions will be as Annexure b
