Providing and laying in position, Standardised Concrete Mix M-25 Grade by insitu machine mix concrete adopting weighing batch method in accordance with IS:456-2000 using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement content of 350 kglm3 and maximum water cement ratio of 0.50, including admixture (plasticiser / superplasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS:9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability with about (5.0 Cu.m) 7730 kg. of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 Cu.m) 5156 kg. of 10-12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79 cu.m’) 7670 kg. of crushed stone sand, but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering and also including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. The coarse and fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requirements of IS Standards. (No separate payment will be made by the Department for the excess usage of materials).
Providing and placing in position of Cement Concrete of grade M 30 using hard well graded aggregates with the nominal maximum size of coarse aggregate of 20mm; weigh batching the ingredients and mixing in approved mixers/batching plant (to produce concrete of the specified characteristic strength of 30N/mm2 at 28days) including dewatering of placement site by bailing/pumping and by diverting wherever necessary laying the concrete in layers and in bays, compacting and finishing, adequate water curing so as to attain the profile and strength specified in the approved drawing and specifications as per the direction of the Engineer complete in all respect but excluding the cost and placing of reinforced grill in position etc, complete as directed by the Engineer in charge of works and as per the technical specifications.
Supplying and Erecting water tight steel centering for sides and soffits including necessary supports and shuttering including strutting for all R.C.C. works etc up to 3.29 m height with all cross bracings using mild steel BG 10 sheets of size 90cm x 60cm gauge stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25x25x3mm for boarding laid over silver oak (country wood) joist of size 10cm x 6.5cm spaced at about 90cm centre to centre and suitably supported by casuarina props of 10cm to 13cm dia spaced at 75cm centre to centre, including cost of materials etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Departmental officers. Providing and filling with sealant material in contraction joint after thoroughly cleaning all the joints@ 2.10m c/c and finishing the surface to match with lining face with contractors own material as per technical specifications as directedby the Engineer incharge of the work. (as per the drawing of the contraction joint enclosed)
Providing & fixing pre-cast cylindrical porous plug of 75 mm Dia and 300 mm in length in porous concrete in CC 1:0:4, one in each panel in the bed at 10m c/c in filter having a size 45 x 45 x 45 cm filled with sand and 30 x 30 x 30cm filled with 12mm to 40mm coarse aggregate mixed with 1/3 sand on the inner including excavation complying with technical specification and as directed by the Engineer incharge of the work.
Rough stone dry packing using old rough stones for apron and revetment including stacking charges for premeasurement and finishing etc complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers at site.
Refilling with excavated soil (Other than sand) complying with the standard specification for filling in foundation and basement in layers of 15 cm thick well rammed and consolidated etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers at site.
Supply and fixing of Kilometre stone of standard design and drawing as per IRC:8-1980 (second revision),including painting and numbering etc., and all other incidental charges etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers at site.
Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Plastering Sand) 20mm thick mixed with water proofing compound conforming to BIS at 2% by weight of cement used including mortar plasticizer at 200ml per 50Kg of cement used, finsihing, curing, etc., complete in all floors complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.
Supplying and fixing in position CI manhole covers with CI frames (Heavy duty) of size 60cm x 60cm of best approved quality as per standard specification etc., complete compying with standard specifications
Fabricating, Supplying and erection of Screw gearing steel shutters of size 0.60m x 0.45m width consist shutters of skin plate made out of 8mm thick mild steel plate and horizontally stiffened with 65x65x6mm mild steel Angle at an interval not more than 0.50m and vertical stiffeners made out of same section at an interval not more than 0.60m and provided with 8mm mild steel gusset plate of required size on both sides fastened with rust free bolts and nuts etc. Conveying the fabricated shutter by using lorries including loading, unloading and leading the shutter to the vent. Erecting the new shutter and the shuttering arrangements in the vent in proper position by using necessary hoisting equipment. The shutter shall be painted with two coats of Anticorrosive black paint over one coat of Red Oxide Primer. The rate including cost of materials consumables, labours power charges, conveyance charges for all equipment required conveying the dismantled materials to the section stores, cost of petty civil works, trial operation of shutter and warranty for 5 years etc.,complete.
Fabricating, supplying and fixing of 50mm dia Screw Rod made up of Mild Steel duly machined and fully threaded to suit the Head set Assembly and provided with required holes. Conveying and leading the screw rod to the worksite. Fixing the screw rod to the shutter gusset plate with required bolt and nut in proper alignment to the head set including conveying and stacking at section store. The Screw rod should be painted with two coats of AC black paint over one coat of red oxide primer. The groove angle should be painted with two coats of AC black paint over one coat of red oxide primer. Fixing the head set assembly to the top beam by using required rust free bolts and nuts in proper alignment including conveying and stacking at section Store. Fabricating, Supplying and fixing of Top Beam made up of 150x75mm (ISMB 150) duly drilled to suit the Head Set Assembly with required bed bolt made out of 25mm mild steel round rod duly threaded with suitable anchorage arrangements to a height of 0.60m with necessary Fish plate made out of 12mm mild steel plate of size 0.30 x 0.15m 2Nos with required holes.Conveying and leading the top beam arrangements to the work site. Fixing the top beam arrangements at the top of the vent in correct position including conveying and stacking and the section stores. The top beam should be painted with two coats of AC black paint over one coat of Red Oxide primer. The Rate including cost of materials, labours, charges for all fabricating and hoisting equipments, cost of petty civil works conveyance charges for labours and materials and warranty for 5 years etc.., complete.
