Surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for foundation etc. or for shafts, wells, cess pits, manholes, pier holes etc. not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out as in soft/loose soil.

Excavation in post holes not exceeding 0.5 cum and getting out and returning filling in, ramming earth in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and making good in hard/dense soil.

Removing excavated material (soil) not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.50 m above the starting point.

Material and labour for Plain Cement Concrete M-7.5(Nominal Mix) using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Plain Cement Concrete M-15(Nominal Mix) using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in making good window opening, lintels upto 1.5 m clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, coping, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water trough and the like including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Rolled mild hollow steel sections steel of grade YSt 310 conform to IS 4923-1997 in roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, bracing and fastenings including distance pieces, cleats etc. Note:- The steel trusses shall be provide as per TD no CESZ/STD/26.

Supply and fixing of pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick and pitch length 75 mm c/c of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of pre-painted galvatume aluminum zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in ridges, tips, valley, gutters, length & girth as fixed with nail or screws complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square head one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exceeding 22.5 cm and not exceeding 30 cm long, dia of neck 16 to 20 mm complete all as specified and as directed

Material & labour of Mild steel plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment conforming to Fe-410W (Gde- E- 250) quality- A complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for Brick work with bricks class designation 75, old size, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius built in Cement Mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Rendering 15 mm in Cement Mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even smooth without using extra cement to the plastered surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Rendering 15mm thick plaster in Cement Mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick or concrete surface of wall and finished even and smooth without using extra cement, with water proofing treatment. Note:- Water proofing compound shall be measure and paid separately

Material and labour for Preparation of new surface and applying 3 coats white wash on walls complete all as specified and as directed.

Rolling and consolidation of formation surfaces in cutting with 8 to 12 tonne power roller etc complete all as directed.

Material and labour for hard core of gauge not exceeding 63 mm of broken stone or boulders , spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface

Material and labour for 100mm thick plain cement concrete 7.5 (Nominal Mix) using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base floor complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 100 mm thick plain cement concrete M-15(Nominal Mix) using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in floor, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Forming 12 mm thick expansion joints filled with compressible filler board and top 30 mm filled with polysulphide sealant, thickness of concrete slab in 100 mm all specified in relevant para & sub para of 20.B.7 in SSR Part-I complete all as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new steel surface and applying Painting 1 coat of black bituminous paint on steel and iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth including preparation and one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed..

Supply and fixing metal tubular dealineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300mm) type B1 complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions
