Taking out existing non clog submersible pump set of 3 HP,415 volt 50HZ AC supply from raw water sewage sump and Equalization tank after disconecting the electric connection complete . Dismantling the pump & electric motor , cleaning of blockage sludge and servicing of pump , motor including necessary oiling , greasing etc complete checking of other parts of pump, motor including replacement of minor spare parts like bush bearing , pin nut bolts etc checking of insulation resistance of motor winding , and reassembled the same and reinstalled to its original position complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge . Note: (i) Winding will be measured & paid seprately under relevent item of schedule. (ii) The rates for necessary T&P required to taking up and down of submersible pump is deemed to be included in quoted rate.

Disconnecting electric connection and dismantling and taking out burnt electric motor from foundation /centrifuge for repair in local workshop ,opening of motor for rewinding with super enamelled copper winding wire of suitable gauge as existing and varnishing, heating and testing after repair upto the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge, after necessary repair reassembling and fixing it in its original location of capacity 3 HP, 3 Phase, 440 Volt capacity complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- charge. (centrifuge Pump).

All as per item no 3 above but for 7.5 HP feed pump motor, (Equalisation tank pump motor) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for servicing of compressor with air blower of 600 Cum/hr capacity unit replacement of compressor oil,air filter, oil filter, etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- charge. Note :- The rates are inclusive of replacement of compressor oil, Oil filter and any other minor parts required for smooth functioning of the Air blower.

Carring out Testing of treated water and Raw sewage water (befor and after) as per norms / standard raw sewage characteristics from Govt approved laboratory complete all as specified and directed. Note - Contractor shall collect water sample from raw sewage tank and from treated water tank of STP once in every alternate month for testing of treated water from Govt approved agency and report shall be submitted to Engr-in-charge.

Material and Labour for cleaning of various types of RCC tanks as per under mentioned descriptions by Dewatering the water /sludge from tank with the help of sewage suction pump and clean the interior portion of tank (bottom and all side walls of tank) by means of coir/wire brush etc and wash the interior portions of tanks by using water and clear away of all sludge, vegetation,muds to a distance not exc 50 mtr complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of RCC underground/semi underground watersupply sump, static water tank of capacity 50,000 GLNS to 1,00,000 GLNS by dewatring and taking out all scales,dirts, mud, algae etc from inside the tank and from mouth of circulating pipes including taking out sludge with help of sludge pump of suitable capacity including washing of tank wall with bleaching powder solution and then with water and draining out sludge water completely, complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Cleaning should be done by scraper and removing dirt with brush and washing with bleaching powder all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (ii) The inlet and outlet / over flow pipe of sump should be cleaned properly and care should be taken to prevent entry of sludge into pipe line by blocking mouth of pipe. Any blockage of the inlet / outlet / overflow pipe line shall be cleaned by contractor at no extra cost. (iii) Date of cleaning 'CLEANED ON ___________ NEXT due DATE ______________' should be painted with black and white paint as per Existing size.
