Execution of work

Provision for dismantling of Ruined/Crack C.R. Stone masonry in cement mortar on super structure. Including stacking of usefull material as C.R. Stone for reuse in masonry work which will be about 90% and disposal of refused out of monument upto lead 60 mt. including all the labour material and T&P required proper completion of work at the site. Demolishing stone rubble masonry manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Provision for dismantling of flag stone flooring cement mortar including stacking of serviciable material for reuse in flooring work and disposal of refused upto lead 60 mt. including all the labour material and T&P required proper completion of work at the site. Dismantling stone slab flooring laid in cement mortar including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead

Provision for Coursed rubble masonry with hard stone (first or second sort) in super structure above plinth level and upto floor five level. including all the labour material and T&P required proper completion of work at the site. In cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand) cum.

Provision for Coping with 50 mm thick sand stone on top of wall with 20 mm. thick bed of mortar of ratio 1:6 cement and c sand . Coping stone to be laid with fine dressing and making side end as semi circular shap (Bull nose type) etc complete including all the labour material and T&P required proper completion of work at the site.

Supply and fixing of MS grill railing/fencing on the boundary wall for safety and security of the site with MS angle 40x40x5mm vertical post and same size angle horizontal support of top and bottom for adjoining the frame 12mm dia bar with arrow headed on top and placed vertically at a distance of 10 cm c/c and 40x5 mm flat iron Both grill railing panel fixed together by nut bolt etc complete as per design/drawing attached. Department including all the labour, material & fabrication fixing etc with all completion. (Grill Panel size 2.00 x 0.90 mtr).

Provision for flush/ruled pointing on stone work with cement mortar of ratio 1:3 cement and course sand. After carefully racking of masonry joints and washing of surface. Including all the labour, supply of material and T&P. Required proper completion of work at the site.

Provision for laying of P.C.C. under floor base with mortar of ratio 1:4:8 1cement, 4 c.sand and stone ballast 20 - 40 mm gauge. Including all the labour, supply of material and T&P. Required proper completion of work at the site.

Provision for applying priming coat with ready mixed red oxide zinc chromate primer of approved brand and manufacture on steel works.) & Provision for Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture.

Provision for fixing of Culture Notice Board with sand stone tablet and base pillar of appropriate size as per designed by the department by engraving of letters in bilingual of suitable size. Including all supply material, finishing, engraving and fixing etc. Including all the labour, material and T&P. required proper completion of work at the site.

Provision for making of masonry tank of size 2.50 x 1.50 x 0.90mt for slacking of lime, mixing grinding of lime mortar for conservation work. tank will be made by stone masonry, cement concrete etc. Including all the supply of material labour & T & P. Required proper completion of work at the site.

Providing and fixing Porta cabin size 3.00 x3.00 mt height 2.70 mt with wall pannel made of 75 mm thick (insulated panels made out of 0.63 mm GI sheets on both sides with insulation of thermo cole of 75 mm thick) and insulated roof panels made out of 0.63 mm thick GI sheets on both sides with insulation of thermo cole of 75 mm thick with aluminium insulation inside, flush door with aluminium handle L-drop for locking arrangements size 2'6"x6'6". Modular Floor made out of MS pipe sections resting on ISMB/C and mounting with 18 mm BWP Ply to provide sturdy portable floor 6"-8" above ground level on top that superior quality vinyl sheets, complete with electrical fitting and fixtures (5Amp point inclusive of PVC battens, fixtures, fire and heat resistant wires) 2 light point, 1 -Exhaust fan point, 15 Amp points- powerplug (6pin) 6mmm 2 FRHR wire with battens & accessories, Make ISI mark, wall mounted CFL lamp, Exhaust Fan (10" dia) intenal accessories like on on hinged rail 76 cm & five nos. of grab rails 60 cm.

Provision for fixing of India Mark II Hand Pump with making bore of size 116/110mm upto 70mt deep in hard soil with rock, Including lowering with PVC pipe/Casting pipe of internal dia 100mm of heavy gauge 6kg/cm2. Including all the supply of required material, labour and T&P. Required proper completion of work at the site.

Provision for fixing of STONE BENCHES of size 2.00x0.70 with 62 mm thickness finished of Granite stone to be fixed with Pedestal of size 0.45x0.45 meter of thickness 12cm with PCC ratio 1:2:4 Cement, coarse sand, aggregate (20mm) and flag stone 40mm thick Including labour, material and T&P.
