Taking out old unserviceable 3 way GI Elbow from existing GI Charpoy , and supply and fixing of new 3 way GI Elbow 32mm bore(fully housed) and 70mm long complete all as shown on drawing and as directed .

Supply and fixing of FI/MS Square tubes at centre including fixing and welding complete all as shown on drawing and as directed.

Taking out old unserviceable leg shoe of charpoy with hard top, and supply and fixing of new leg shoe hardwood complete all as shown on drawing and as directed .

Taking out old unserviceable leg from existing GI charpoy with new leg(size 440mm) made out of old broken short rail and welding new cup of MNF set and fixing GI shoes, same as existing, and supply and fixing of new leg shoe hardwood complete all as shown on drawing and as directed .

Taking out old unserviceable plywood from Charpoy steel and supply and fix 12mm thick plywood top ( 1950mmx 900mm)(single piece) BWP grade, ISI Marked, with MS Screws complete all as shown on drawing and as directed .

Supply and fixing legs of Charpoy steel with MS 32mm square tube 1.6mm thick, 400mm long, two support rail and clamp for MNF fixed by continuous welding to long and short rail ofCharpoy ORs to suit with the existing components complete all as shown on drawing and as directed.

Taking out old unserviceable PVC shoes from Charpoy steel, and supply and fixing of new PVC Shoes, four nos with steel screw, superior quality, complete all as shown on drawing and as directed .

Repair to Locker Steel ( FD-1029)

Taking out old unserviceable worn out legs of locker steel and providing with new legs, fabricated out of 1mm thick MS Sheet made to shape and size fixed in position by means of welding complete all as shown on drawing and as directed.

Taking out old unserviceable hasp and stapple of Locker Steel and providing with new hasp and stapple 100mm complete all as shown on drawing and as directed.

Taking out old unserviceable handle of Locker Steel and providing with new handle 125mm complete all as shown on drawing and as directed .

Repair to Chair CBA,CB Steel with /without arms & cushion

Taking out old unserviceable seat from Chair CB Steel with arms and supply and fixing of new seat made out of second class air seasoned hard wood of size 400mm x 435 mm, duly canned with 2mm wide plastic cane and 4mm wide cane for beading and fixed to the chair with 100 x 6mm size, 4 Nos nut and bolts with washers complete all as shown on drawing and as directed.

Taking out old unserviceable seat from Chair CB Steel without arms, and supply and fixing of new seat made out of second class well seasoned hard wood of size 440mm x 400 mm, duly canned with 2mm wide plastic cane and 4mm wide cane for beading and fixed to the chair with 100 x 6mm size using 4 Nos nut and bolts with washers complete all as shown on drawing and as directed .

Removing of old unserviceable seat from chair CBA steel with Arms and supply and fixing new seat made out of second class well seasoned hard wood of size 400 mm x 435mm, duly canned with 2mm wide plastic cane and 4mm wide cane for beading and fixed to the chair with 100 x 6mm size using 4 Nos nut and bolts with washers complete all as shown on drawing and as directed .

Taking out old unserviceable back from Chair CB Steel with arms, and supply and fixing of new back made out of second class well seasoned hard wood of size 460mm x 380 mm, duly canned with 2mm wide plastic cane and 4mm wide cane for beading and fixed to the chair with 100 x 6mm size using 4 Nos nut and bolts with washers complete all as shown on drawing specified and as directed.

Taking out old unserviceable back from Chair CB Steel without arms, and supply and fixing of new back made out of second class well seasoned hard wood of size 420mm x 400 mm, duly canned with 2mm wide plastic cane and 4mm wide cane for beading and fixed to the chair with 100 x 6mm size using 4 Nos nut and bolts with washers complete all as shown on drawing and as directed .

Removing of old unserviceable back from CBA steel with Arms, and supply and fixing new back made out of second class well seasoned hard wood of size 460 x 380mm, duly caned with 2mm wide plastic cane and 4mm wide cane for beading and fixed to the chair with 100 x 6mm size using 04 Nos nut and bolts with washers complete all as shown on drawing and as directed .

Taking out old unservicaeble arms from chair tubular steel with arms, and Supply and fixing of new arms made out of second class well seasoned hard wood with suitable size of crews complete all as shown on drawing and as directed .

Taking out old unservicaeble rubber bush from the bottom of the chair tubular steel with and without arms, and Supply and fixing of new synthetic rubber bush of size as per existing one with suitable size of screw complete all as shown on drawing and as directed .

Table Office Clk/Office Officer steel ( FD 1003/FD-1004/FD-84)

Taking out old unserviceable table top of table office clerk steel, and supply and fixing new 19/20mm thick pre-laminated particle board of exterior grade with top face of table with decorative teak wood shade lamination and other side with balancing white lamination including 6mm x 19 mm teak wood edging alround table top fixed as per drg No FD-84/FD-1004 and as directed .

Taking out old unserviceable table top of table office officer steel, and supply and fixing new 19/20mm thick pre-laminated particle board of exterior grade with top face of table with decorative teak wood shade lamination and other side with balancing white lamination including 6mm x 19mm teak wood edging alround table top, fixed as per drg No FD-1003 and as directed .

Supply and fixing legs of various Tables mentioned above with MS 25mm Square tube 1.6mm thick and 760mm long, fixed by means of continuous welding to rails of Table to suit with the existing components including rubber shoes made of superior quality complete all as per drawing and as directed.

Taking out old unserviceable drawers from table office clerk steel, and supply and fixing new drawer steel made out of 1mm thick MS sheet, bent to shape & made to size, including lock complete all as per Drg No FD-84/ FD-1004 and as directed .

Repair to Chair Verandah (FD-256)

Removing of old unserviceable cane plastic from chair varandah, and recanning the chair varandah with 4mm wide half round new plastic cane as per drg and also fix new rubber shoes for all four legs complete all as per drawing and as directed.(Note: Quoted rate is inclusive for recanning & providing 4 Nos rubber shoes to legs)
