Supplying, laying or fixing, jointing and testing LT underground electric power cable, crossed linked polyethylene (XLPE cable) insulated, two or more core, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, ISI-7098 Marked with aluminium conductor multistranded, heavy duty 1100 volts grade including taking out of old exisiting UG cable of 10 Sqmm 3 Core size laid in trenches/laid under floor or fixed naked with walls/on poles/in ducts/ in GI pipes etc, complete all as specified and directed. Attend the day to day complaint of non functing part to Air Blower , Air Blower Motor ,non clog submersible Pump, motor and all connected parts and including single phase preventor ,MCCB,Relays,contactors, MCB DB ,Panel Board , DG set ,submersible cable ,Switch socket & other Electrir connected of any size ,type ,capacity and any location rectified the same complete all as specified and directed. ( Note : - ( i ) Spare Parts will be measured and paid separately under appropriate items ) (ii) Complaint Should be attend immediately within two hrs & Rectified the same day at the earliest without effecting of service. Failing which recovery @ Rs. 100.00 per day per complaint shall be effected. (iii) Cost of defective parts / material upto Rs. 25.00 shall be included in the unit rate.

M&L for Maintenance and servicing of standby DG Set of make Kirloskar, capacity 82.5 KVA complete including tappet adjustment draining out of diesel from tank , cleaning the tank thoroughly and refilling the drained out diesel, draining out engine oil from the sump, cleaning the sump thoroughly and refilling the sump with new engine oil to it’s required level, replacing the fuel filter, lubricating oil filter , check & clean air cleaner , change air cleaner elements, check coolant level & make up the same ,drain the fuel filter & water separator ,filling the starting batteries with electrolyte/distilled water to maintain the required specific gravity, replace the u/s brass connectors for batteries, cleaning of battery terminals & applying petroleum jelly to battery terminal posts & brass connectors, including checking of exhaust leakage, governor, breathers etc, adjust/set the same for proper functioning of DG Set, checking of fuel, oil and water/ coolant level etc, adjusting and keeping the fan belts to the desired tension, tightening all the bolts and nuts to the required torque etc, cleaning the DG Set with accessories as prescribed by the manufacturer and test for satisfactory running of DG set for two hour at connected load and record shall be made in respect of RPM , oil pressure , oil temperature , coolant temperature, voltage , frequency , load current , battery charging, fuel consumption etc complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (a). Engine oil for refilling will be measured and paid Separately (b). Coolant for make up will be measured & paid separately (c). Testing will be carried out in presence of Engineer - in - charge and DHPP consumption will be entered in PRRB.

Supply only of diesel filter Primery and secondary, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for taking out /dismantling of Air blower pump set of rating 3 phase 440 Volts and supply of capacity upto 12.5 HP from STP plant at any location and shifting the same to contractor's workshop for repair and re-installation/refixing the same after repair at its original site and testing complete all as specified and directed. (Note:-Defective parts,rewinding etc shall be measured and paid separetly under respective items)

Cutting out the existing winding of the motor,strip opening of winding, re-winding of motor with same size and gauge of super enamelled copper winding including tapping, varnishing, with the insulating sleeve and making connection complete all as specified and directed.

Provision for Bactroligical test and sample collection from Four STP plant in sterlized bottle by UP Pollution Control Board ,monthly periodically as per the enviroment ( Protection ) Rull Sch II ( Rule 3 ) 1986 , in permission standard in Sewage Treated Water for inland surface water i.e , complete all as specified and directed. Contractor has to maintain the quality of water as below mentioned parameters: (a) Suspended solid Max < 50 mg / Ltrs . (b) Dissolved Solids max in - organic < 2100 mg /a , (c) PH value (6.5 to 9.0 PH ) (d) Biochemical oxygen Demand ( 5 days at 20 ^ degree cetigrate ) Max < 20 (e) COD ( Chemical Oxygen Demand ) up to 50 mg / l . (f) Total coliform in MPN as per standard Norms (g) Focal Coliform in MPN as per standard norms . NOTE:- Testing report for 04 no of STP for Raw sewage and after treatment water monthly wise on last week of each month will be included in quotaed rate .
