S&F Aesthetically designed decorative hot dipped galvanised mild steel step pole of length 3 Meter with grey powder finish, window -plasma cut & duly chamfered opening window of 300X110mm for terminal connection and mounting accessories with necessary PCC foundation for instalation of pole include earth work as required and takinmg down old pole any type & length complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fabricating, installation, testing and commissioning of back-lit signage board including embedding the signage board firmly with the wall/ MS Angle frame/as per approved Art work and nomenclature including removal of old signage board, any type complete all as specified and directed with given below specifications:- (i) Box with frame :- 25 x 25 mm square pipe (18 G) frame with cross supports @ spacing not exceeding 1.0 m on the box length including 20 mm x 20 mm MS Square pipe (18 G) stifferenrs duly white enamel painted in 2 coats over a coat of zinc oxide iron primer, depth of box should not be less than 165 mm, (ii) Side, Top, Back and bottom Panels :- Made out of 24 gauge chemically treated GI Sheets duly precoated / powder coated with white MATT finish coating on both inner and outer surface. Top panel to have 24 guage precoated drip cap (fixed with pop rivet or machine moulded to shape) of 25 mm on front and side to prevent damages due to rain etc. The bottom panel should be provided with access door fixed with ss screws and suitable housing for LED drivers. (iii) LED Module :- LED 12V Module beam angle >=150 degrees with IP rating >= 64, 0.72 W/70 Lumens per module of 3 LEDs with 7000 to 8000 K colour temperature, (Make : Tridonic / Osram / Cree as approved by GE) (iv) LED configuration :- 29 LED Modules per Sq mt (Equal division on spacing based on height of box) and one module every 0.20 m on running length of box. (v) LED power supply :- Input 230 V AC, power supply should be CPCC (Constant power constant current) of 30W/60W/120 W each. (vi) Graphics :- Graphics shall be computer plotter cut with translucent cast vinyl matching the colour specification of the installation as approved.

S&F LED signage visible from both side of size not less than 300 x 200 mm made out of sandwiched transparent acrylic sheet (minimum 6 mm thick) and necessary computerized laser cutting for letters/ signs illuminated with LED light 8 watt, 12 volt of approved color along with necessary driver and twin core PVC insulated and sheathed multistrande copper conductor 1.5 sq mm up to 1.0 m for connection including fixing arrangement to wall or ceiling including taking down of old signage complete all as specified and as directed. Note: - The letters or symbols or signs will be engraved as per direction and a sample printed on plain paper as per actual size should be got approved before incorporation in work.

All as per BOQ Serial item No.3 above but of size not less than 600 x 200 mm with LED light 12 watt, 12 volt complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for fabrication of MS angle iron, joist, channel Square holllwo pipe frame work for LED sign boards of gates, Hospitals wards, Road marks etc at any indicated situation including removing old rusted frame any type complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for replacement of sticker of size not less than 300 x 125 mm by making drawing with computer art work for letters, figures, scanning etc in approved color in water proof glossy 'PVC synthetic paper suitable for scotch/ inkjet printing with outdoor ink 300 x 1400 DPI and pasted at each Lift and different places and different types of writings complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: Matter to be printed: "In case of emergency please contact following Nos, complaint cell No. Lift mechanic No, JEs No, AGEs No (GE Alipore Kolkata)"

S&F in repairs 0. 025 mm thick white rubber coated vinyl sheet or synthetic vinyl sheet printed with computer inject printing with outdoor ink with 300 x 720 and also 2800 DPI laminated with 0.15 mm thick Hi h quality all weather protected transparent calendar film (mat/gloss) posted with chemical adhesive on and including 1.5 mm thick polycarbonate PVC sheet all weather proof milky white/ transparned sheet and finally thorough washed with liquid soap complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (i) The work under this item comprises of composing of matter/ drawing by computer as required for location, art work on planner machine and scotch print/ inkjet print 720 to 2800 DPI. (ii) The matter composed of letters/ figures/ symbols etc shall be got approved from the Eng-in-Charge before taking the final printout.

M&L for aluminum anodized equal angle of size not less than 22 x 38 x 1.5 mm thick fixed to corners of front side of glow sign boards for fixing of Vinyl sheet / acrylic sheet or existing sheets of any description including fixing with GI machine screw complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for replacement of plain galvanized iron sheet 0.32 mm thick zinc coated both side and making glow sign board including necessary turning up for corners etc and necessary decoration as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed. Make : JINDAL/NIZAN/SAIL/TATA or equivalent as approved by GE

M&L for making with drawing with computer art work and letters, figure, writing work, scanning etc in approved colored print in water proof glossy paper for any size Lift Nos floors, dogs are not allowed, danger plates, 440 volts breakdown men at work, Important telephone number, In Case of Fire, No Admission, No Parking in front of installation, No Smoking, and other matter as required at site etc. pasted on and including 0.5 mm thick sun board or ACP with adhesive including necessary washing two/ three times by suitable chemical including lamination properly with transparent sheet at front side and making hanging arrangement complete including taking down of old one complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) The work under this item comprises of composing of matter/ drawing by computer as required for location, art work on planner machine and scotch print/ inkjet print 720 to 2800 DPI on 0.025 mm Vinyl sheet or 0.050 Rectro Reflactor sheet. (ii) The matter composed of letters/ figures/ symbols etc shall got approved from the Eng-in-Charge before taking the final printout.
