SPL REPAIR TO HANGER BLDG NO T1 AND REPAIR REPLACEMENT OF ELECT ITEMS AT TANDA UNDER GE (N) AKHNOOR

1ST STEP Removal of all existing gola/cracks to be repaired with code 301 dosage- first saturate the surface then apply nerru application [primer coat] act like a bond coat before any repairing work and ratio.1kg code 301: 1kg cement then polymer mortar ratio, add 10% by the wt. of cement 1:4 with adding small aggregates for gola etc. On brick bat coba. leave for water curing for two-three day approx. rest is depending upon the site repair condition. 2ND STEP: - Now the sealing of joints between steel frame with concrete surface with HY 100 modulus polymer /polyurethane sealant, isocyanite-solvent sealants high UV & aggressive atmosphere resistance with high movement accommodations. Eloginatation at break 400%, tensile strength approx 1 mpa & movement accommodation factor+- 25 %, tack free>40 mins after proper cleaning & free from all foreign particles & on dry surface sealing of joints application job work will be done by assigned waterproofing applicators. Contd to Srl Item No 1.01

3RD STEP: - Clean the mortar surfaces properly & free from all foreign particles then saturate sprinkle water on the surface before priming now apply coat of primer with 4” brush code 604 astmd 1227-87 type iii standard water base eco-friendly system which penetrates the cementitious surface. /efflorescence resistant primer ratio 604 primer 20 ltr. & add 10ltr water after 3 to 4 hrs of priming now apply 1st coat of RS ultra-code 654 PU based next generation polyurethane dispersants based waterproofing coating with 4” nylon brush hybrid single pack white in color monolithic elastic waterproofing flexible membranes astmd 6083 type excellent UV resistance with 93%, cracks bridge up to 2mm + elongation at break astm 412 >+ -300%, tensile strength + - 150n/mm sqr. Two coat application with in an interval of 3hrs. to 4 hrs at marked roof surface with sec. reinforcement with 4” overlapping of joints with fiber mesh. leave for 5 to 6 days for atmospheric curing. Note: - The entire job is carried out authorized water proofing applicator should have Min 10-year experience for water proofing

Rendering 10mm thick on roof surfaces incl parapet etc in CM 1:4 finished even and sooth using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Glazed ceramic coloured Digital tiles in vertical surface 300x600x7 mm thick Glosy finish, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed white or colored cement to match the surface over and including 10 mm thick CM 1:4 all as specified and directed.

Non-skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) in floors etc area of each tiles exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exc 0.18 Sqm. Set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over & including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement and sand mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed.

Vitrified ceramic tiles (light shade) 10mm thick (Square/reactangular) area of each tiles exceedings 0.18Sqm but not exceeding 0.38sqm, in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including Screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

16-18mm thick granite (of approved type colour) work (table rubbed & polished) in jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking plateform laid over and including 15mm thick cement screed (1:4) and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement (1:2) with admixture of pigment to match the colour of granite stone including cutting and moulding the edges, complete all as specified and directed.

Bib cock 15mm dia bore, fancy type choromium plated cast copper alloy with wall flange & aerator fixed in repairs all s specified and directed.

Angle cock with wall flange , cast copper alloy, chromium plated fancy type screwed for 15 mm iron pipe fixed in repairs, complete all as specified and directed.
