Transportation of pipe (OD:406mm/356mm) second hand/New Cast basalt lines/ceramic pipes from stores to site, clearing the ash/sand below the pipe, dismantling and erection on R.C.C. sleepers, including loading at NCTPS stores, unloading at site, crane hire charges & consumables.(Material will be supplied by TANGEDCO). Pipe OD 406 mm/356mm

Providing new/SH/Retrived sleeve coupling set (406mm/356mm) in place of the damaged sleeve coupling set, including transportation charges of material from store/damaged material to stores etc., crane hire charges & consumables and T&P’s (Material will be supplied by TANGEDCO). Pipe OD 406 mm

Providing new/SH/Retrived sleeve coupling set (406mm/356mm) in place of the damaged sleeve coupling set, including transportation charges of material from store/damaged material to stores etc., crane hire charges & consumables and T&P’s (Material will be supplied by TANGEDCO). Pipe OD 356 mm

Providing new /SH Sleeve or fabricated sleeve by SH/scrap pipes/New/Retrived flange in place of damaged sleeve coupling joints/pipes by welding with TANGEDCO welding supply for joining the cast Basalt/MS pipes (OD: 406mm/356 mm) to arrest leak and to prevent pipe damages including clearing of ashes/sand below the pipeline, crane hire charges & consumables and T&P’s (Material will be supplied by TANGEDCO). Providing new /SH Sleeve or fabricated sleeve by SH/scrap pipes/New/Retrived flange in place of damaged sleeve coupling joints/pipes by welding with TANGEDCO welding supply for joining the cast Basalt/MS pipes (OD: 406mm/356 mm) to arrest leak and to prevent pipe damages including clearing of ashes/sand below the pipeline, crane hire charges & consumables and T&P’s (Material will be supplied by TANGEDCO). Arresting of slurry leak at various locations by Dismantling the sleeve coupling joints in Ash Slurry line having (OD:406mm /356 mm) by changing damaged 'O' ring /end collar by new/ SH/ retrived 'O' ring /end collar after lifting the pipe and supporting for arresting slurry leak or for clearing the clogged ashes including crane charges & consumables and T&P’s (Material will be supplied by TANGEDCO)..Pipe OD 406 mm

Arresting of slurry leak at various locations by Dismantling the sleeve coupling joints in Ash Slurry line having (OD:406mm /356 mm) by changing damaged 'O' ring /end collar by new/ SH/ retrived 'O' ring /end collar after lifting the pipe and supporting for arresting slurry leak or for clearing the clogged ashes including crane charges & consumables and T&P’s (Material will be supplied by TANGEDCO).Pipe OD 356 mm

Renewal of damaged gasket after removing the worn out studs by locking the pipe, cutting the bolts, cleaning the flange surface, providing the gasket, fixing the pipe and checking the alignment of pipes and attending leak if any after charging the Ash Slurry line having OD 406mm/356mm including crane hire charges and consumables and T&P’s (Material will be supplied by TANGEDCO).

Arresting of slurry leak by patch welding the punctured portions of the pipe having OD 406/356 mm including consumables T&Ps. at various locations in Ash Slurry Disposal Lines.

Devolution of cast basalt Lined pipe having OD 406/356 mm by transporting to work spot to NCTPS stores including crane charges and consumables and T&P’s

Arresting the slurry leaks due to bursting of pipe having OD 406/356 mm with MS clamps including consumables and T&P’s (Material will be supplied by TANGEDCO).

Renewal of damaged and worn-out 90/45 degree Cast Basalt Lined/ceramic/MS Lined bend by new/SH/Retrived transportation/ retrieval etc including crane charges & consumables and T & P's. Material will be supplied by TANGEDCO).
