Taking out existing unserviceable old induction motor of sewage pump and rewinding of induction motor 3 phase, 440 volts, 50 Hz of capacity 40 HP with insulated copper winding wire of suitable gauge and turn as per the existing to achieve required RPM including all types of tapes, PVC fibre sleeve, varnish etc as required and heating, varnishing complete and replacement of all unserviceable parts all as required and necessary machinery work such as rotor shaft remetaling, groove cutting etc and painting by applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint, writing SM/MES No including lifting of motor from 20 feet deep Sump, Pump House, transportation to workshop & back, lowering,refixing to its original position and testing/commissioning complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- (i) Parts required to be replaced shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate items as 'Supply only'. (ii) Any minor parts which are not included, However required for satisfactory running of the motor shall be supplied by the contractor and cost elements for the same shall deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted)

Repairs to non-clogging pump of model 80 NCI by dismantling, cleaning throughly all parts for inspection of Board of Officer and necessary machine work such as remetalling of pump housing, bearing housing etc and replacement of old unserviceable parts and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint and writing SM/MES Nos including lifting of pump from 20 feet deep sump pump house, transportation to workshop and back, lowering, reassembling to its original position and testing complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge. (Note :- Parts required to be replaced shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item as 'Supply only'.)

(Note : Necessary excavation & earthwork measured and paid separetely under respective items of this Schedule the necessary T&P along with crew used for the work the cost of the same deemed to be included in the coated rate)

Excavation over areas, n.exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m in depth, for laying of pipe, foundation etc n.exc 10 sqm on plan and getting out complete as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm as in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated surplus material to a distance not exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up 250 mm bore cast iron pipes (including all fittings) with spigot and socket end and lead joints including burning out lead joints and recovering lead complete and keeping serviceable pipes in safe custody for re-use in the work complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking up 200 mm bore cast iron pipes (including all fittings) with spigot and socket end and lead joints including burning out lead joints and recovering lead complete and keeping serviceable pipes in safe custody for re-use in the work complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 200 mm bore, cast iron pipe with spigot and socket ends centrifugally cast class LA in any length laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge. MAKE - Keshoram/Kajriwal/Electrosteel / Tisco/Kalinga/Lanco (Note : Jointing, excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid separately under respective items in this schedule).

M&L for cast iron fittings for spigot and socketed pipe, such as Bends (any type, radius and angle) tapers any type, (straight, bend, increasing, decreasing or double socket etc.) Tee pieces single branch. "Y" junction, double branch, cross (all sockets or socket and pigot) collars, caps and plugs etc upto 150mm bore complete all as specified and directed.
