Supply and installation of 4 TR Cassette type air conditioning unit consiting of non-ductable single phase room unit (evoporator) of ceiling mounting type having inbuilt drain pump system, cordless remote control unit and one number of out door unit (Condensor) comprising hermatically sealed scroll/rotary compressor suitable for operation on 3 phase 415V 50Hz AC supply including fixing the outdoor unit on a raised 5mm thick angle iron stand/plateform of height 300mm, fixing to the ground, painting the angle iron stand with enamel paint, fixing of room unit (evaporator) on ceiling using suitable size angle iron channels/anchor bolting with threaded rod including welding etc as required on ceiling, providing insulation to indoor unit as required standards of OEM, making suitable opening on the wall and plastering and finishing the same after taking out copper pipes, drain pipe and electrical wire to connect between outdoor and indoor, making all inter connection between evoporator and condensor unit, first charging of refrigerant, testing and commissioning the whole system etc. complete as required. The coil inside evaporator and condensor unit should be copper only.

Supply and fixing of following items for inter connection between evaporator and condenser unit of 4 TR cassette type A/c unit, supporting/fixing of pipe, testing and commissioning along with the unit complete as required a. Copper liquid line as per design of OEM embedded in suitable dia closed cell elastomeric nitrile rubber insulation tubes. b. Copper suction line as per design of OEM embedded in suitable dia closed cell elastomeric nitrile rubber insulation tubes c. 2.5 Sq.mm flexible copper conductor of required core including power and signal cable along with minimum one earthing with the same size wire (Between outdoor and indoor). d. Wrapping all items mentioned in "a" to "c" above fixed between evaporator and condenser unit using white wrapping tape.

Supply and installation of inverter type 5 star rated 2 TR high wall mounted split type air conditioning unit consisting of non-ductable single phase wall mounted room unit (evaporator) with cordless remote control and one number of outdoor condensing unit (condenser) comprising hermetically sealed rotary/scroll compressor suitable for operation on single phase 230 V 50Hz AC supply including fixing the outdoor unit on a raised 5mm thick angle iron stand/platform of height 300mm, fixing the same to the ground with concrete, painting the angle iron stand with enamel paint/ on outdoor bracket supplied by OEM to accommodate outdoor unit, fixing the same on wall, fixing of room unit (evaporator), providing and making all inter connection between evaporator and condenser unit up to a length of 3.0 (three) meter comprising of the following including making suitable opening on the wall, plastering and finishing the opening after taking out copper pipes, drain pipe and electrical wire, first charging of refrigerant, testing and commissioning the whole system etc. complete as required. Supply and fixing of ISI marked 20mm dia rigid PVC MMS drain pipe from evaporator of various AC units up to the ground level including providing suitable dia closed cell elastomeric nitrile rubber insulation on the pipe from indoor unit up to the end, fixing the pipe on to the wall using clamps etc complete as required.

Supplying and laying ISI marked FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable of following size, fixing the cable along with exisitng copper pipes (between outdoor and indoor unit), wrapping inside along with copper pipes complete as required. 4 X 4 sq. mm + 2 X 4 sq. mm earth wire

Wiring for circuit/ submain wiring alongwith earth wire with the following sizes of ISI marked FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/ recessed ISI marked medium class 20 mm PVC conduit as required. 2 X 2.5 sq. mm + 1 X 2.5 sq. mm earth wire

Wiring for circuit/ submain wiring along with earth wire with the following sizes of ISI marked FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/ recessed ISI marked medium class 25mm PVC conduit as required. 4 X 4 sq. mm + 2 X 4 sq. mm earth wire

Supplying and fixing four pole sheet steel enclosure on surface/ recess along with 32 amps 415 volts “C” curve four pole MCB confirms to relevant IS complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Dismantling the cassette/split type airconditioner units of various capacities along with all its associated accessories from the existing location, shifting to AAI store at Mangalore Airport, properly stacking in store as per the instructions of the Engineer -in - Charge etc complete as required.

Supply, Installing, Testing and Commissioning of Voltage Stabilizers suitable for 2 TR split AC units on wall including providing connections etc. as required. (V Guard VGB 500 or Equivlent)

Supplying and fixing of 110mm x 60mm casing & caping along with accessories in surface/recess/supporting from concrete ceiling using clamps/saddles/threaded rod and achore bolt and DIN rail channel support etc complete as required. ( for covering copper piping/drain line/electrical wiring etc from indoor to outdoor unit)

Supplying and fixing of 60mm x 60mm casing & caping along with accessories in surface/recess including cutting the wall and making good the same etc complete as required ( for covering drain pipe )
