Design, supply, structural calculations, fabrication and erection (vertical column, horizontal ring beam, main steel Arch. inclined Arch. etc.) tensile structure roof with fabric (Serg Ferrari, Mehler Valmex) with white colour / translucent tensile polyester fabric of 900 Gsm both side coated with PVDF coating lacquer system on both sides and with 20 years of warranty as specified in tender document, titaniumdioxide front side primer, low-wick, protected against microbal and fungai attack, UV-protected top coat of membrane type - 2 grade of required colour and shape and deign including necessary M. S. tensile steel structure of hollow pipe section, gusset plates, trusses, pipes, base plates, bolts nuts, screws etc. complete. All the structural steel shall be furnished with acrylic polysiloxane coatings or epoxy primer and two coats of epoxy paint for high performance aesthetics and anticorrosion protection etc. all complete as specified and approved by Sansthan. The complete structure shall be designed to withstand the wind pressure as per IS: 875 (PART III), to accommodate thermal expansion and seismic movement, self load etc. The rate shall include all design calculations, engineering drawings, structural, architectural drawings and slope drawing including approval from competent structural designer, labour, T&P, scaffolding other incidental charges including wastage, enabling temporary service all fitting fixtures complete as per technical specification. For the purpose of payment actual surface area of fabric shall be measured. (Note: Detail specifications of the fabric is mentioned the tender document). The offer should be inclusive of fabrication and supply of structural steel and cables fittings for the tensioned membrane structure. The structure shall be composed of the steel arches, pre-stressed cable systems as shown in the drawing holding the membrane. Membrane procurement, fabrication and installation with edge cable and tension accessories fittings and fixtures. The main supporting ring beams are to be provided of necessary sizes as per the structural analysis and design. The entire shed shall be provided with proper illumination by providing appropriate led lights during night, proper high standard cables, proper casing for cables, Proper MCCB, RCCB, Switches etc. complete. The offer shall include cost of all material, labour, transportation, octroi, wastage, GST, all type of taxes is any and overhead charges etc. Testing charges of all tests on material and fabrication parts as per specification and direction of Engineer in charge. The contractor has to prepare the detailed structural drawing, detailed Architectural drawings, shop drawing along with the structural analysis & calculations.

RCC FOUNDATIONS, SUB-STRUCTURE, PEDESTAL UPTO GROUND LEVEL: (Including Reinforcement Steel, RCC M25 Concrete, Form Work / Shuttering, Excavation, PCC etc. complete). • Excavation in all types of soils, including existing PCC, Tiling, Rubble soling, etc. Providing & Casting Reinforced Cement Concrete of grade M25, as defined by IS:456, using 20 mm to 4.75 mm size graded stone aggregates, natural sand, using super plastisizer, below plinth, at all depths, in foundations etc. including machine mixing, laying, consolidating with approved type of vibrators, hacking, curing, making good stripped surface where necessary etc. complete as directed by the Consultants / Sansthan, including the cost of all materials and labour complete; including cost of Shuttering, Formwork, PCC (1:2:4) & Reinforcement. • Size of PCC, Foundation, Reinforcement Steel dia and Pedestal size and height shall be as per the design provided by Structural Engineer of the bidder. • Payment will be done as per actual executed foundations. • Repairing the damaged concrete and flooring around the foundation and cleaning the flooring. • Cement - Ambuja, Ultratech or ACC – 53 Grade. • Reinforcement Steel - TATA Tiscon, JSW, Sail, Rajuri, Polad, Kamdhenu, Kalika).
