Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in sizes 60x60cm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to lS: 15622 of approved make in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand) including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. complete

P/F imported wooden T&G Panelling of approved design fitted on 12 mm thick ply board incl. all carriages, sprit polishing upto a desired finish and scafolding charges complete.

P/F S1 clip-in-Hinge able false ceiling sysytem made out of galvanizes steel. The ceiling tiles shall be in size of 600x600x.05mm, Perforated to RG L08 pattern (0.8mm dia holes, 2.18% opening ) with non woven black tissue (Non flameable) laminated at the back to achieve the NRC not less than 0.6. Thes ceiling tiles shall be with beveled edges on 4 sides, All pannels are clipped into a secondary clip in profile U 1000 H made of galvanized steel 0.6mm length 4000mm & cross connected perpendicular to primary clip in carrier with U1001H forming the module of 600x600mm. The ceiling tiles are supported by galvanized suspension allowing the tiles to swing down providing maximum aaccessibilty to the ceiling and grid shall be suspended with M6 threaded rod and expansion bplts at 1200mm c.c. P/F of MAPLE Wood Flooring (Imported) MFMA approved, furnished with 21mm thick 55 to 85mm wide and in random length in tongue and Groove shape. The edges of the boards will have a finger lock groove and the bottom side with air pass Groove and treated with special Anti Terinite and water resistant lacquier. The under frame made of pine wood runners 70mmX45mm treated with antitermile solution, stappled through the two wings at 350mmX350mm. IPS subfloor treated with a vapour barrier to be placed on a levelled IPS sub floor before laying the underframe. The runners having air cushioned pads to be placed on the vapour barrier in perfect level at 350mm in 1 direction. The surface board to be screwed to the runner through the tongue only and will lock the screwed tongue by the groove of the adjoining board. Ends of the boards will be locked by inserting the wooden fingers through the edge grooves and fixed with suitable adhesive. An expansion of 8-10mm to be left open between the wooden flooring and the surrounding tile area / walls. After installation the floor will be machine sanded in polishing water based polyurethane laquer.
