Earthwork excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m depth and getting out in soft / loose soil for laying cables / pipes / erection of poles etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in in soft / loose soil including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material (soil) to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for fine seived excavated dry soil laid to the required width of trench at botom and top of cable as cushioning to cable complete all as specified . Note :- Thickness shall be measured after punning

Supply and laying reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HV, type 1, Flat, of size 300 mm x 180 mm x 40 mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying HT UG Cable XLPE insulated with multistranded aluminium conductor armoured with galvanised steel wire / taps 11000 volts grade conforming to IS in trenches/poles/wall etc of following sizes including taking down the existing unserviceable cable complete all as specified and as directed :-

HT UG Cable of size 3 core x 120 sqmm .

S&F in repairs out door type cable end termination joint kit heat shrinkable type for HT XLPE 11000 volt grade cable of size 3 core and connecting the cable with the load and testing including earth work complete all as specified and as directed for the following size of the cable.Make :M-Seal/Birla 3M/Denson Note : Excavation shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item

S&F in replacement of big and small end bearing of HT 11 KV VCB trolly including replacement of complete locking mechanism with integral spring charging handle for manual spring charge , closing coil and triping coil 24V DC,eletro magnetic relay, coil rating 220V, AC all as per existing sample and make of Crompton greaves/ABB/Schneider complete all as specified and directed .

S&F in replacement of resin encapsulated vacuum interrupter bottles of the same manufacturers as per existing circuit breaker trolley of 11 KV complete all as specified . Make: ABB/Schneider/L&T/CG

S&F in replacement of spring charge universal motor suitable for 11 KV, VCB,working on 230 volt of existing make (ie) CG/Schneider/ABB/L&T etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of current transformer moulded in epoxy compound with dual ration capacity for suitable to the existing rating complete connection with copper wire including beading as per existing VCB 11 KV at site complete all as specified and directed

S&F in repairs 11KV lightening arresters expulsion type complete with all fittings, transmission class, discharge capacity 65 kilo Amps complete all as specified.

S& F in repairs Horn gap fuse unit assembly tripple pole outdoor type suitable for HT 11 KV up to 400 Amp complete all as specified.

S&F in replacement of Digital Voltmeter, 11 KV of suitable size as per existing at site complete all as specified and directed. Make: Schneider / L&T / Elmeasure

S&F in repairs insulator, porcelain, vitreous 150mm high and 150mm dia ,ball and socket type, white, brown or green and two-in-series' assembly for tension with tension clamps for conductors, working pressure 11000 volts complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fill in replacement of silica gel in transformer complete all as directed

S&F in replacement of Temp gauge in transformer breather complete all as directed

S&F in repairs GI earthing strip of size 25 mm x 4 mm with nut and bolts complete all as specified and directed

S&F in repairs GI Strip of size 32mm x 6 mm ,ISI marked complete with nuts, bolts and washers,buried in ground including excavation complete all as specified and directed

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 60cm x 60cm x 6 mm thick burried directly in ground( earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below the normal groungnd level) with top edgee of the plate not less than 1.5m below normal GL connected to GI earth strip of size 32mmx6mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts washers of GI or steel all as shown in electrical plate No-5 of SSR Part I connected to machanery /equipments installed power house/sub station all as specified including testing on completion. Note (a) The unit rate shall include for excavation earth work in any type of soil ,PCC (1:3:6) type C1 pit , RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 cover slab reinforced with 8 mm dia CTD bars @ 150mm C/C both ways funnel with 15mm bore GI watering pipe , 20mm dia GI protection pipe, wire mesh and copper lugs complete all as specified in SSR part I &II (b) Marking/painting on the earth chamber with date of test, name of machine and earth value.

Surface dressing not exceeding 15cm deep and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for taking out bottom trolly of HT LBS for 11 KV capacity after disconnecting power supply and carrying out servicing and maintenance of operating mechanism, latch assembly spring mechanism, checking of electrical control wiring of LBS and checking for proper functioning of shunt trip coil, lubricating of all moving parts and checking /cleaning of alignment of moving contacts with fixed contact assembly for proper functioning of operation and reassembling of bottom trolly of HT LBS fixed in its original position and testing for smooth functioning complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge

M&L for attending repairs to existing heating system of HT VCB panel complete including replacement of unserviceable spare parts as required for smooth functioning of heating system complete all as specified and directed

Supply and refilling of fire extinguishers with 4 litres of CO2 or dry powder chemical as per latest IS specifications complete all as directed.
