Only trained and certified personnel shall enter and work inside the ssel in inert conditions. Agency shall mobilize sufficient manpower and equipment for working on the reactors. Agency to depute one fety supervisor on round the clock basis to ensure safe execution of the job. Safety supervisor must have experienced of supervising atalyst replacement jobs under inert conditions.Carry out drums shifting from warehouse to the unit.2. Erect scaffolding as requ ed for blinding and other reactor related jobs. Carryout blinding of the reactors. Blind list of the reactors is attached. Agency sh l open the top cover, drop top spool, make arrangement for unloading of catalyst from dump nozzle and filling in UN approved drums w h plastic liners.3. Obtain Permit for Entry into Reactor after ensuring all necessary safety precautions advised by HPCL Fire and fety and HPCL operations.4. Open the liquid distributor trays of the reactor and offer to HPCL-Technical for inspection.5. Carry ut unloading of catalyst under inert conditions as per the technical advisory.6. Carry out internal cleaning of the reactor under rmal conditions and offer to PAD.7. Load all the catalyst under inert conditions as per the technical advisory attached.8. Dense oading machine shall be brought by M/s Axens’. Agency to use the same for dense loading of catalyst under M/s Axens’ supervision.9 Install the top elbow spool and carry out de-blinding. Carry out torque tightening of all the flanges.10. Provide assistance to op ations with 2 cold crew (2 fitters and 2 helpers) on round the clock basis for 2 days for commissioning of the unit/reactor.11. Ca y out housekeeping and return all the empty drums to warehouse.Rate Payable: Lumpsum for the above scope. | - | Lump Sum |

Carry out WFMPI of all the C & L seam intersection weld portion (T-sections).3. Carry out UFDT of l nozzle welds, including manway welds.4. | 1 | ADDITIONAL JOBS IN | ADDITIONAL JOBS IN — ditional Catalyst jobs / reactor related jobs:This item shall be operated only at the advice of Division Head - Maintenance1 Agency shall engage their catalyst crew for any unanticipated additional job in the reactor.2. This item shall be operated only manpower and equipment/tools & tackles/consumables etc are deployed at site as advised by HPCL for any additional jobs or work fron unavailability situations for the reasons not attributable to the agency. (Eg: Mechanical repair jobs being done by other agency eng ed by HPCL or delay in entry inside reactor due to unforeseen situation at site, etc.)Rate Payable: Per day basis. (for 20 nos m power (max.) & all necessary equipment/tools & tackles)Note:1. In case number of persons deployed at site less than 20, pro-ra payment will be made on 50% of total unit rate of this item.Illustration:Case: Agency is advised to deploy manpower and necessa equipment for additional jobs or any circumstances mentioned above. Agency deployed 10 persons to site but necessary equipment / to s & tackles deployed at site. In such case, payment is calculated as below.Cost of this item is "C".Payment: C (0.5 + 0.5 x 10 0) = 0.75C.2.
