| 1.04M&L labour for alternative arrangement by hiring, transportation of transformer of capacity 100 KVA in place of unserviceable transformer on hire basis for 15 days including, installation, connecting and testing of transformer and return back after installation of repaired transformer complete all as specifed and directed. Note : (i) Repairing of transformer have to be completed within 15 days no extra cost will be paid toward hiring charges beyond 15 days . Moreover contractor shall not be allowed to shift the hired transformer until it is replaced by the repaired transformer . In case any fault /burning /peeling of painting and any other defects occured in hired transformer the contractor shall have to made good himself from his own expenses. (ii) Contractor should check the available infrasturcture and to be sure regarding safety of hired transformer before installation . M&l for draining out complete transformer oil from transformer of 100 KVA capacity at site which found major repair and storing the oil in suitable container (container to be provided by the contractor to keep aside for re-use (after repair) and lifting of core assembly by opening of top cover and other items for inspection/examination of core assembly, to make it ready for transportation to carry out rewinding work in workshop. (a) Repairs to the transformer of capacity 400 KVA as follows :- (i) Rewinding of HT/LT leg coil complete using copper wire /strip of appropriate gauge, size and turn as per existing with double paper coated insulation including all requisite insulating materials like packing sleeves, separator, tapes etc. heating, varnishing the core and winding assembly after framing up top and bottom steel structure of transformer all as specified and directed. (iv) Fixing only breather assembly, conservator, oil temperature gauge after proper cleaning, minor repairs etc. as required and directed. (v) Replacement of all unserviceable gasket from top cover, HT/LT bushing with studs as directed by using rubberised gasket sheet 4.0mm/6.0mm thick duly pasted with suitable adhesive . (vi) Replacement of unserviceable bolts with new one and fixing of existing serviceable bolts, nuts, washers of different sizes and tightening properly. (vii) Repositioning of core and winding assembly inside the tank, assembling complete unit and making the transformer ready for filling oil and subsequent testing as directed. (b) The contractor shall give written warranty of one year from the certified date of completion for the repaired transformer. Note : (i) Repairing of transformer have to be completed within 15 days no extra cost will be paid toward hiring charges beyond 15 days . Moreover contractor shall not be allowed to shift the hired transformer until it is replaced by the repaired transformer . In case any fault /burning /peeling of painting and any other defects occured in hired transformer the contractor shall have to made good himself from his own expenses. (ii) Contractor should check the available infrasturcture and to be sure regarding safety of hired transformer before installation . The rate quoted is deemed to be include transportation cost, earthing lead etc. (iii) In case the defective transformer not repaired & installed on its site within the specified period of 15 days from the date of handing over to contractor a panelty recovery @ Rs 1000 /- per day will be charged from his dues. During this period contractor shall not be allowed to shift the hired transformer until it is replaced by the repaired transformer . No extra cost beyond 15 days will be paid to contractor on this account. Each Job-01
Taking down the unserviceable copper wound from transformer of capacity 500 KVA, opening top cover, and carrying out the following work complete all as specified and directed :- (a) Dismantling of all attachment viz breather assembly, conservator, oil temperature gauge, HT/LT bushing etc. and keeping aside for reuse. (b) Taking out the core with winding assembly. (c) Removing of complete winding from core and dismantling the core, cleaning of core laminate sheet and keeping aside for reuse (d) Cleaning of complete transformer tank, oil fins, conservator tank removing of sludge, and making the inside surface of tank dry by blowing of hot air and rectify ant leakages in tank or any welding work is reqd as directed and specified. Supply installation & commissioning in replacement of 24V/40A Float Cum Boost Battery Charger unit including battery bank comprising 02 Nos of 12 Volts-100 AH sealed maintenance free battery. The CCCV battery charger consisting of copper wound, air cooled transformer, 01 Set single phase full wave bridge rectifier consisting of diodes and SCRs, liberally rated mounted on heat sink and complete with resistor/condenser network for surge supperssion . During auto float mode automatic changeover shall take place from float mode to boost mode and vice versa, 01 Set of solid state constant potential controller to stabilize the DC output voltage of the float cum boost charger, 01 No electronic controller , DC digital ammeter , DC digital voltmeter, Potentiometer , DC, MCB for reverse battery protection . (b) Nylon Tyres of size 7.50 x16 with disc -04 Nos. (make-CEAT, JK , MRF) (c) Towing attachment should be spring loaded towing hook for universal attachment with any vehicle size 36 mm round . Supplying , installation, testing and commissioning of 11 KV, 630 Amps having short circuit capacity 20kA/3-sec, Outdoor (IP54), RMU (Ring main unit) comprising of 02 Nos motorized operated Load Break Switch and 02 Nos 630 Amp Fixed-Type motorized spring-charging VCB electrolytic grade copper busbars all inside single, gas-filled, robotically welded stainless steel 304 (Non Ferrite Non Megnetic Grade) tank with min. thickness 3+0.5 mm, IP 67 Degree of Protection , internal-arc classified 20kA/1sec, on-site-repairable with site replacable bushing/coupling/mechanism, gas refilling etc. The enclosure shall have padlockable double-door access with anti-theft higes, fully covering the front facia and cable boxes to ensure fail-safe anti-theft protection. The unit alongwith Bus-connected, fixed-type Auxiliary transformer shall include the following along with all necessary accessories and fittings as required at site.
(A) 02 Nos. Incoming Load Break Switch module each consisting of following accessories :- (i) Each switching-unit is designed as a three position switch. This three function switch combines the functions of switch-disconnector and earthing switch. (ii) 11kV, 630A Load Break Switch with interlocked line-earthing scheme both short circuit current - 20kA/3-sec, Making Capacity - 50kAp -01 No (iii) Auxiliary contacts - 1NO + 1NC-01 No (iv) Spring-assisted snap-action motorized mechanism with un-inhibited operating shaft for emergency manual operation with integrated earthing switch -01 No
(v) Cable terminals (site replacable Cable bushings situated not beyond 300mm from cable-cover to allow ease of access for installation/testing/replacement purposes) with double-door arrangement for enhanced safety (IP54+IP3X) interlocked to prevent access upto 11 KV , 300 Sqmm , 3 Core , XLPE AL cable termination in live-condition. Each Set of 03 (vi) Right angle boots (push on type)-Each Set of 03 (vii) Arc proof cable covers having cable entry from bottom , front with Interlocking mechanism including earth switch -01 No (viii) Capacitive voltage indication fixed type system as per IEC61243 with LED - 01 Set (ix) Fault Passage Indicator - It is to be provided for each incomer load break unit, FPI with LED/digital display to be added for detection of cable fault-01 No (x) ON, OFF, EARTH mechanical indication on the front mimic of the panel - 01 No
(B) 02 Nos. Outgoing VCB module each consisting of following accessories :- (i) Each function-unit consists of a vacuum-circuit breaker in combination with a three position-switch.The three-position-switch fulfills the operation of the disconnector-function and earthing function. (ii) 11kV, 630A Fixed-Type VCB module with series disconnector cum earthing switch of short circuit breaking current/withstand - 20kA/3-sec, Making Capacity - 50kAp-01 No (iii) Aux. contacts - 1NO+1NC-01 No (iv) Stored-energy motorized high-endurance spring charging mechanism (M1+), with inbuilt spring-charging lever and mechanically latched ON/OFF push-buttons to allow handle-less and un-inhibited operation -01 No
(v) Cable terminals (site replacable Cable bushings situated not beyond 300mm from cable-cover to allow ease of access for installation/testing/replacement purposes) with double-door arrangement for enhanced safety (IP54+IP3X) interlocked to prevent access upto 11 KV , 185 Sqmm , 3 Core, XLPE AL cable termination in live-condition. Each Set of 3 (vi) Right angle boots (push on type)-Each set of 3 (vii) 3O/C + 1E/F self powered numerical protection relay with Low and High set for Over current and Earth Fault. Relay should have facility to display the maximum loaded phase current also.Relay shall record minimum 5 fault records with time stamping. Relay shall be communicable with RS 485 Port on MODBUS Protocol-01 No
(viii) Associated ring-core cast-resin insulated CTs 50/1 Amp , 2.5 VA, 10P10 for protection - Each Set of 3 (ix) Arc proof cable covers with self Interlocking mechanism with earth switch -01 No (x) Capacitive voltage indication fixed type system as per IEC61243 with LED -01 No (xi) Push button for breaker trip (xii) Shunt trip coil 24V DC - 01 (xiii) ON, OFF, TRIP mechanical indication on the front mimic of the panel - 01. (xiv) Emergency Trip Push Button - 01.
(C) 01 No. Bus-connected, fixed-type Auxiliary transformer to provide required aux. supply and metering consisting of following accessories :- (i) 1-Ph (11kV/rt3):230VAC, 500VA Auxiliary transformer-01 No (ii) 2x12 Volt DC battery-01 Set (iii) Battery charger-01 No (iv) HRC fuse-links for primary side isolation and AC/DC MCBs for secondary isolation-01 Set (v) Voltmeter & RYB LED Indications to confirm AC/DC supply availability-01 Set (vi) Anti-condensation space-heater-01 No (vii) CFL lamp for illumination and 3-pin socket with switch -01 No
(D) Additional equipment deliverd separately or mounted seperately :- (i) Operationg Handle for Manual Isolator/Disconnector/Earthing Operation-02 Nos (ii) Standard Manometer -01 No (iii) Operation and Maintenance Manual -01 No (iv) Installation & Commissioning Manual -01 No (v) Cable clamping provision (standard) -01No
Note:- (i) It is preferable to have all feeder-switches inside single stainless steel compartment with incomer feeders at the extremities to prevent chances of failure due to plug-in coupling arrangement. (ii) Necessay interclocking arrangement shall be provided for safety and operations (iii) Above switchgear shall confirm to relevant IEC (62271-200) for design, manufacturing and internal arc compliance. Any claims towards internal arc compliance, number of mechanical/electrical/short-circuit operations, gas-leakage rates etc. shall not be accepted unless proven via type-test reports of model being offered. (iv) Cost of provn of plinth for RMU as per OEM drawing is deemed to be included in the cost.
Supply, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning in replacment LT underground cables 1100 volts grade, PVC insulated XLPE and PVC sheathed, heavy duty armoured, with multistranded aluminium conductors, IS-1554 marked of size 400 Sqmm 1 core , laid in trenches/duct complete all as specified and directed.
All as per srl item No 62 here-in-before but of size 240 Sqmm single core
