Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade New work (two or more coats) over and including priming coat with cement prime

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade New work (two or more coats) applied @3.84 kg/1 Osqm

Providing and fixing glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows using 1 Okg/sqm (4mm thick) float glass panes including lSI marked M.S. pressed butt· shutters in mm per sqm hinf!eS bright finished of required size with necessary screws second class Kail wood.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade. Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture.

Providing and fixing 12mm thick plywood and 6mm thick white ply for back rack including polishing and fixing all complete job under the directions of engineer in charge
