Construction of Embankment with Material Deposited from Roadway Cutting- Construction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site from roadway cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of other structures graded and compacted in 20 Cms. layers up to desired height achieving density 1.52 gm/cc. in each layer to meet requirement of table 300-2.
Excavation in Soil with Dozer with lead upto 100 metres- Excavation for road way in soil by mechanical means including cutting and pushing the earth to site of embankment upto a distance of 100 metres (average lead50 metres), including trimming bottom and side slopes in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections. (3.1 & 301) (For Widening of Road, Culevert Extension Drain).
Granular Sub-base (Grading-I) By Mix in Place Method- Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401 and table 400-1 of MORTH specification complete in all respects.
Wet Mix Macadam- Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate of Kabrai Quarry to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density. as per clause 406 and table 400-10 of MORTH specifications complete in all respects. (For Construction of CC Pavement).
WMM + 1% OPC + 3.50% Bitumen Emulsion SS (ETA) Providing, laying, spreading graded stone aggregate of Kabrai Qaurry to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density.
Tack Coat -Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/ granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom. as per clause 503 and table 500-3 of MORTH specification complete in all respects.
Bituminous Concrete-II Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of Kabrai Quarry of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 to 5.6 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 509 complete in all respects.
Cement Concrete Pavement-Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed at expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M30 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, of Kabrai Quarry mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, dowel bars, near approaches to bridge/culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14-days including Trimixing by floating method & adding hardener in required quantity and depth upto 5 cm complete as per directions of Engineer-In-charge to meet Tenchinal specifications.
Concrete with 4 cm. (1½") gauge brick ballast, fine local sand of 1.25 fineness modulus and cement in proportion of 8:4:1, in foundations and under floors, including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.(Drain Work&Culvert Extension)
Mild steel or iron in plain work such as reinforced concrete or reinforced brick work (when not included in an over all rates) wrought to required shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of the work and including supply of all steel and wastages and over lapping and hookes. As Per S.I. No. 504.
R.C.C. work with cement approved coarse sand and 2cm (3/4'') gauge approved srone ballast in the proportion 1:2:4(1Cement: 6.0 aggregate) in lintels of doors and windows excluding supply of reinforcement and its bending but including its fixing and binding the same necessary with 24BWG binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc. and also including supply of materials labour and tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of the work, strength of the concrete shall not be less than M-150 S.I.
